ok to have a place to sleep
it was ok to have somewhere to sleep. didnt spend alot of time in the room. the worst thing the air conditioner knob was broken and stayed on the whole time could not adjust or anything. the breakfast is too early 6am 9am

Horrible
The front desk personnel were friendly, but the cleaning crew was not. The cleaning crew was loud, such as when vacuuming the hallway, the crew kept bumping my door & when I said something about it to the crew member; she acted as if she didn't understand English. The room carpet had several cigarette burns in it & the chairs were dirty & in need of replacing. The windows were also dirty & in need of painting. The elevator was trashy & in need of updating. The parking lot was extremely trashy & not well lit & the location surrounding the hotel was scary. I have stayed at La Quinta's before in Texas & my overall experience was ok, but this La Quinta was horrible.

Happily suprised .....
From start to finish, everything about the hotel and staff was good. They really tried to live up to the La Quinta motto, which I can't remember now. It was clean, friendly, good price and helpful, helpful, helpfu, very suprised. Only down note was not my favorite part of town or centrally located. However one man's out of the way is another man's centrally located.

The staff was very helpful , even in the midnight hours while tryin to find food ! placings calls an putting in order for delievery Great place to stay i would stay there again.

Great stay at La Quinta
This La Quinta is centrally located to all of the things we wanted to do in Ft. Lauderdale-Sawgrass Mills (outlet mall), Hard Rock Casino, and the beach. The staff was super friendly, gave us great directions, and even suggested a few really good restaurants and locations nearby. The rooms were very clean, a little on the small side, but not bad, and also promptly cleaned each morning while we were out. The bed was extremely comfortable, which is hard to find! The pool was amazing! Super clean, quiet and open 24/7. The breakfast was nice-they re-stocked it each time something was close to running out and there was quite a bit of variety. We would definately stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

Saw Grass Mall twenty minutes, Swap Shop ten minutes, Broward Mall fifteen minutes also the Marina and lockart Stadium.

Great bargain
There were two main problems: 1) The hotel was hard to find, since it did not show up on my GPS navigator. 2) The bathroom fan was INCREDIBLY noisy. The rest was actually excellent, at a very reasonable price.

Fort Lauderdale Stay
At night it was loud in the hall ways with Children running around and not monitored by adults. Adults in other rooms were loud and you could not sleep at night.
