B Ocean Fort Lauderdale

B Ocean Ft Laud was a solid mediocre. Room was small, but clean, view was fantastic. Breakfast was terrific and reasonably priced ($15 for a basic buffet with good coffee and selection of fruit). Room wasn't cleaned one day despite having the sign up from noon-10PM (annoying but not disastrous). Parking for $25/day? A little steep, no? Esp since there is a parking lot behind the hotel that charges $10/day. No fridge or coffee in the room. Little things that went wrong: --There was a business convention there so the pool area was closed frequently. --When the pool was open, no towels fur us (they were being laundered). --Gym was pathetic. Not important to some, but the only elliptical was busted the whole time. --They seemed a little understaffed for the busy holiday weekend. --Staff not too attentive to problems. An apology or offering some type of compromise would go a long way... Ocean B needs more time to iron out some kinks.

Had an awesome time... loved the view from the view.

Great staff, location & restaurants, but room could have been a bit cleaner. We had long hair on tile floor & closet shelf. Room was also not very big and no balcony. Also, mandatory valet parking for $25/night seemed a little pricey. Overall, good experience just lacking that extra something for the price.

Right across from the beach! Loved it! Friendly staff and very nice, clean rooms. Pool was nice. Only negative is the $25 valet parking fee.

I found B Ocean through o****z and am very thankful. It was a beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff. They were very accomodating. The view was beautiful. I enjoyed the restaurants and pool area. They even had great service poolside. I highly reccomend this hotel. The only small complaint I have is that the room was not cleaned well. The beds were made and garbages emptied but that was the end of the cleaning. No vaccuming, straightening or sweeping. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay!

stayed at B Ocean for one week, wasn't sure about hotel but our experience was great!!!. Rooms are beautiful comfortable, clean smell great, beds and pillows are very comfy. Staff at hotel are great. Pool area is good, clean ,loungers are comfortable. The rooms dont have a coffee machine but the free coffee in bistro up to 11am is great. Location is good. Beach access is good. The lobby is always clean and beautiful and most of all smells so good. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone. Staff at front desk are very nice and always helpful.

The room was great, but there was a hiccup one day of our stay when the room was not cleaned all day. Even when we asked for it to be serviced when we left for a 2 hour dinner, we came back and it still was not cleaned. other than that, it was great!

house keeping needs more attention not much Amenities. great staff not bad for the money.

Awesome service and many great ammenities! Great stay for the football game.
