Okay
The place was okay. The "all-inclusive" for a business traveler is not a big deal. There was only one restaurant open and it was not very good or clean. Small menu with several items no available. No soap or shampoo in the dispensers in the shower to wash up. Breakfast was not very good. And the service had no personality what so ever. Acted comatose.

Run Fast! Listen to all the others- YES it's that bad!
I don't know where to begin! They didn't uphold their part of our reservation, meals skimpy, lipstick on clean coffee cup, after finally getting a coffee cup! Dirty moldy smelly rooms, yellow water. Broken lamp, no alarm clock, dirty coffee pot, ran out of kleenex, horrible a/c control, wait-wait-wait, complaints all around from all other guests.

Borderline Ridiculous
THE ROOM: Cold. It is hard to control the temperature gauge. The floors are laminate. The TV's volume control does not work and it is a TUBE. So, if I wanted to watch TV, it had to be LOUD. No Wifi. THE FINAL STRAW (Two things): As I was looking to contact front desk to inquire about WIFI, i noticed that the hotel phone was left slightly off the hook with the speaker button highlighted. Was someone listening to me? I dont now. It is just disturbing. I cant even mentally process that one.

My wosrt trip ever
This place was not at all what they claim.Deceitful!!!! Pay top dollar for bottom dollar place. The amenities that they say you get are not there .There are no clay tennis courts. all inclusive did not included any thing but some food and drink no golf no spa . it is nothing but a extended stay hotel. kids running around and asking for food.the employee's kids that live there. And I got shocked by open electric wire on the floor lights in my room went out and took 45 mins to get someone to throw the switch and turn back on have a nice piece of wire welded to my key chain hanging of my purse from where it touch the wire on the floor

Picture is deceiving
This is more like a two star motel. But had to stay somewhere because it was the only available place. Don't waste your money if you have a choice.

has so much potential
hotel has so much potential. staff was wonderful, pool, tennis courts, spa was in disrepair or unusable. beds were comfortable, carpet in room was removed with fake hardwood floor installed that was in poor condition. the all inclusive was what attracted our attention but place needs a lot of work. could be a five star resort with some fixing up

Sucks
Wow, where to start? The place is dirty, the Internet doesn't work, it took an hour and a half to get a sandwich at their Tiki Bar restaurant (and it wasn't busy), their pool was dirty and the water was green, there is no hot water in the room, the air conditioning doesn't keep the room cool, of the three elevators in the hotel only one works, people are seen wandering the hotel with empty ice buckets in search of ice that doesn't exist, gratuities at their restaurants are automatically added on you bill which compounds the slowness and degrades their service even more, when I FINALLY got the dinner check it was wrong and it took forever to pay. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. This is a huge embarrassment to Florida's tourism industry!

So bad it's almost funny.
We were a little skeptical going to stay here after reading some of the reviews but decided to give it a shot anyways. Should've used better judgement. This is not a resort, it is an apartment building that allows outsiders to stay here. We bought the all inclusive part and after 1.5 meals decided to eat elsewhere, the roach on the counter didn't help, nor did the employees using bare hands to touch the food. My sister got a glass of white wine that had an orange/brownish tint to it(I think her tongue is still tingling) and the beer was room temperature and flat. The rooms weren't terrible but disovered mold behind the TV on the last day due to a leaking AC unit. I will say the staff was super nice and friendly. This was probably a really nice place to stay back in the early 80's but it is obvious that the lack of upkeep and the recession has taken a toll on this place.

It's all in your expectations.....
If you're looking for a modern, luxurious resort experience, ahem, don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, you will be sorely disappointed. This place was no doubt Very Nice at some point. Presently it is not. A local told me Jacky Gleason used to practically 'live' here. So maybe in the late 70's/early 80's? Whatever, a long time since this place was nice. Examples: 1 of 3 elevators running. Other 2 not being repaired, they just use the 1 (and apparently it does the job okay as a result of lack of guests?). Hot water (to 8th floor) TEN MINUTE WAIT IN THE MORNING. Must be said both the food and staff VERY GOOD. Accommodations not so much. Overall value reasonably good though if you don't pay much.
