Spacious Destin condominiums offer comfort on the beach
A grand, three-story-high lobby greets guests at the SunDestin Beach by ResortQuest. Since the property sits on the beach, there are expansive views of the Gulf from private balconies in every room. Homey units include spacious seating areas and fully equipped kitchens. With two pools and easy waterfront access, there is plenty to do on-site. The cozy outdoor spa lies separate from the pool area on a raised deck. Since the hotel is located in central Destin, there are also many dining, shopping and recreation opportunities nearby.SunDestin Beach by ResortQuest Rooms

DESTIN VACATION
I DIDNT LIKE IT. THE HOTEL WAS NICE, BUT MY REGUARDS TO THE SERVICES WICH CAME WITH THE ROOM WERE NOT IMPRESSIVE. WE HAD TO WASH OUR OWN TOWELS AND BUY OUR OWN GARBAGE BAGS, ALSO I FOUND OUT THAT SOMEONE STAYING AT THAT FACILITY BOOKED THIER ROOM ON BLACH FRIDAY, THIER ROOM RATE WAS $100.00 A NITE. WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR LOW PRICE GUARENTEE???

Very Nice
This is the cheapest condo I have ever stayed in so it scared me that it wouldn't be nice or clean. It exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the place provided clean sheets and towels. I have spent a lot more money in other places and had to bring these items with me.

There was canoe rental at the hotel. It was a lot of fun to ride the waves into the shore. One couple had dolphins come up right beside them.

we have stayed here before and as always had a relaxing and fun time,this is the first time that our condo was rough the kitchen sink was stained, as well as the bath tub, the place was over furnished making a small area feel even smaller, poorly decorated was like staying a motel 6.However we didnt go there to stay in the room so we excepted it with out complaining,next time i will ask to see another room.The beach was great and as always seth took care of our need on the beach

Add 30 or so $$$ to your daily stay
They don't offer daily maid service without an extra charge, and you have to buy toiletry items if you run out of use up your supply. That is a very cheap way to treat your guests. Location is great we just wish they did not nickel and dime you while your there.

Location, location, location!
We had never been to Destin. I had booked the SunDestin because it had two bedrooms suites with balcony overlooking the ocean, and let me tell you, a person could not get a better view of the beach! You are right there! We watched, from our room's balcony, dolphins swim in the ocean just feet from our beach on two occasions! We had a corner room that had sliding glass doors leading to the balcony from our bedroom AND from teh living room! The kitchen/living room was really comfy and functional and bright! We even had a big window in this area so we could see so much from our room! I can't say enough about this place! The only downsides were the hot water tank (not enough hot water for two people to shower long at once) and the room needed little repairs (loose tile and peeling bathroom door) but honestly who cares! A family couldn't find a better place to stay in Destin - I would bet alot of money on it!

Shopping tip:
Short drive from hotel
DO NOT SHOP before going to Destin, save your money and shop here! There is an outlet mall 10 miles from hotel that has COACH, COLE HANN, GUESS, EDDIE BAUR, you name it, it's there! and the DESTIN COMMONS is even closer with great shops too (biggest sunglasses shop ever!) and a wonderful movie theater. they have a Hard Rock Cafe and a starbucks and a really cool playground for young kids.

IT WAS WONDERFUL THE STAFF AND ALL THE AMENITIES AND THAT IT HAD EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY I WILL GO BACK AGAIN.

THE SEA BLASTER IS A DOLPHIN CRUISE AND WAS WELL WORTH IT WE BOOK WHEN THERE WAS PASSPORT TO FUN WHICH I GOT A FREE ADULT AND ONE FREE CHILD AND SO I PAID 10 FOR ALL 3 OF US TO GO THAT WAS A 50 SAVINGS TO ME ALSO AFTER THAT GO EAT AT AJ'S THE SHRIMP WAS AMAZING
