Destin resort offers private beach and fairways
This 43-acre gated resort has plenty of activities on-site to keep guests busy, including a 9-hole golf course, lighted tennis courts and a boat dock. Sandpiper Cove by Holiday Isle Properties also has a private beach and a pavilion serving food and drinks, for slowing down and relaxing. Location was great the amenities werenot
The place was too small, the dresses was too close to the bed and i actually bruised my legs hitting it a couple of times. No washer and dryer and just too small for a family of 4.

Unbeatable location for the price....
Overall it was a great experience since it was our first time in Destin Fl.... we took out 4 months old baby girl and she had a good time... I think the hotel could used some improvements as far as comforter and pillows... anything else it was good. Make sure to check out Buster's restaurant... great food for the price...

Beautiful condo w/ very reasonable price
Was able to drive across the beach to a secure lot. Beach area was private and not extremely crowded. Best dining was at AJ's seafood and oyster bar and at Fudpuckers.

Read the fine print
The condo was okay for the money but could have used some updates. The kitchen and bath were very dated. The light fixture in the kitchen was secured by one end and the airconditioner return dripped water from the ceiling on to the kitchen table. The condo below ours was under construction and they cut our water off.

Room was average. Its a decent place for the money to get a roof over your head while you spend all day at the beach.

Great location for the price
The hotel/condo was in a great location. We stayed in a one bedroom condo on the golf course that was across the road from the beach. Access to the beach was easy and we were located right next to a pool. The room was nice but the sofa/loveseat were old and seemed dirty probably due to being old. The decor was very outdated but I guess it really doesn't matter since we were there for the beach. We did have a problem with the toilet constantly running and it was fixed the very next day since we called late in the day. One thing I would like to mention is to beware of Orbitz changing the price. After I filled out all of the information in the booking section and clicked on the submit button, an error message came up saying it could not go through. I tried to do this again and the same thing happened. I called Orbitz and a rep said that the price went up and it couldn't go through for the price I was in the middle of booking it for. I was very annoyed with this. It increased by $30 per night. After I got off the phone and thought about this for a minute, I called again and spoke with another rep. I explained to him what happened and that I was very annoyed by what had happened-magically the rate jumps up while I'm clicking the submit button. He was able to give me a 10% discount, which was nice but still doesn't make up the difference.
