Nice vacation spot
Hotel was nice and clean except the bathroom - which I ended up giving it a cleaning as the drains were clogged. Not pleasant but the manager provided a credit for the inconvenience. Everything else was good. Beds very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the harbor

Nice stay
I've stayed at this hotel before. Our stay was fine here. It is usually a very quiet place to stay. Although, this time I had some noisy neighbors, but it was Spring Break. The room we were in had no outlets on the wall that the beds were on therefore the lamp and alarm clock on the nightstand were non functional. Another outlet on the opposite wall also did not work. All in all it was fine and I would stay here again. Karen

Great short stay
Location and staff just great. Hotel a little "tired", but clean. Continental breakfast all you could ask for. Was noisy during night and early morning hours. Would stay there again.

Great Room, Great Location That over looks the Destin Harbor. There are great places to eat and shop a short walk or drive from your stay.

a little walk on the water side
this little hotel stuck between boat rentals and marina cafe may not be much to look at from the outside. But the inside it has the ambiance of being in an upscale beach house and the colors and windows give it all a pleasing palette of coastal living.great little breakfast comfortable rooms and Chris at the front desk make for a really comfortable stay. down side is that it is dog friendly so be prepared for the occasional bark! and there is no laundry facility or hot tub which would have been welcomed. really a good fit for a few days of destin time.

Short drive from hotel
for beach with action okaloosa island around five miles west is good. For gorgeous full beach with lots of room to stretch out try henderson park to your east five or so miles. for six dollars it is a perfect white oasis

Not as described!
We chose this hotel mainly for its location. While at the PERFECT location being right in the middle of Destin having all of the right attractions located on the same highway as the hotel, the hotel itself was a disappointment. Price compared to others was decent. What was disappointing most was how outdated the entire hotel was. It says on a review or on the description somewhere that the hotel was "newly renovated" which made us happy to see cause my boyfriend and I are all about what the rooms look like. From the front entrance to the hallways to the actual rooms, everything was way past overdue for an upgrade! You could smell the old smell walking jusy through the hall way to get to your room. The room was very tight and the bathroom was so small it was like the size of a closet, literally!! On the plus side other than the location of the hotel, the pool is very cool. It really is right on the harbor so if you pay that extra bit for a harbor view room, being on the balcony could be beautiful if imagine. All in all, I was very disappointed with the room and I probably will not stay there again.

Great Family Get Away Spot!
We really enjoyed the closeness to the harbor, it gave us an opportunity to be exposed to all of the ttractions. We got to fish, ride he tour boat, jet ski, ride bumper cars, and Shopppppppppp.....
