Fun and fine dining at plush, waterfront resort

Our Hilton Experience
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton, in Destin. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. We got a great rate, and the view was great! The only thing that wasn't great was the incredibly over-priced breakfast buffet. It was almost $40, for just my husband and I to eat breakfast... and it was nothing special either.... we get a very similar (and free) breakfast at the Hampton. It makes the "value" of the room drop, since you've got to add 40 extra dollars to it.

Wedding/honeymoon
Location is outstanding! The hotel staff is lacking in service to say the least & VERY rude. Rooms are outdated & not very clean.

Best vacation spot ever
it couldn't have been a better vacation. The beaches were beautiful and the pools were perfect temp. The bar by the pool was also great. It was super relaxing and fun!

Busters restaurant is over by the outlets and is a little local place with the best food ever for way cheaper than anywhere around the hotel :)

Overnight Stay
Overnight stay on trip to New Orleans. Would definitely book for a longer stay when visiting the Destin area.

Comfy and Relaxing
It was a very nice hotel with many fine amenities. The decor was a little dated and there were children everywhere and everything was a little expensive but overall it was a fine hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly and it had great access to the beach. The main thing I had a problem with was the fact that they charged me for internet access and they charged me $10 a day to self park my car.

terrible. we arrived at 5 pm only to find out that room is not ready!! the front desk would not tell me when my room will be ready. i payed 300$ for a room and arrive at 5 pm to check in and rest after a long day at beach only to be greeted with callous behavior. i had to speak to manager and wait 30 minutes to get a room. incompetent management!!!

Atlanta lovebugs
Great family vacation!
Fantastic vacation! Arrived at 1am from Atlanta and the Bellhop, [...], couldn't have been more polite or helpful. We ate breakfast at the hotel buffet twice during our 4 day stay and enjoyed it both times. The room was very clean and updated well. Our partial view room was definitely a "partial" view through a palm tree and a lean off the balcony, but we have a baby and spent no time out there anyway, so we didn't care about the view. The hotel is very baby and kid friendly. The refrigerator and microwave in the room was perfect for snacks and milk which helps when you have a baby. The staff is very helpful and we truly enjoyed our stay and talked about going back at the end of the summer to stay again. The gift shop personel were also very sweet and helpful. Overall, I have not one complaint about our stay. Yeh Hilton-Sandestin! We have stayed at many 4-5 star hotels before our baby, so I have a lot to compare this hotel to. It is a nice resort at a great beach.

Everything was perfect!
