Nice property, however they told me the king room I booked was not available, and I was charged for breakfast when I booked a rate that included breakfast.

Bait and Switch
It is very upsetting to be put in a poor quality room and to have to ask to be moved. This is especially true when you have traveled a long way, arrive late and are tired. The room they put us in had large grease stains all over the carpet even though there were other rooms available. When we asked to be changed, they changed us. However, we had to wait in the dirty room quite some time until someone came to move us. Very uncomfortable beds.

Wonderful 4 day stay @ this location
We could not have been more comfortable. Our daughter works in Destin and were visiting. We shopped, dined out and went to the beach. Started each day with Bkfst Buffet @ this hotel. Very cordial and accomodating employees in every capacity @ this hotel. We did not spend a lot of time in our room, but when we did, we were most comfortable. An area to improve would be to get the AC less noisy, other than that, pretty perfect. We would book here again, without hesitation.

There was a beer fest and corvette show at the Wharf at Sandestin. This is a nice complex with two golf courses and the Wharf area is very nice. My wife and I were in Destin for a beach wedding and could not take in much of the other amenities. We did not eat at the Hotel as they did not offer a continental breakfast (only offered a 20% off coupon and the price seemed inflated by at least that much) Not overjoyed by the place....

Great Stay for Business
Great stay for business, in-and-out, comfortable room away from the elevator. I will be staying here next time I am in Sandestin.

Wish I was There
money well spent
The room was clean. The terraces are a nice touch and the kids enjoyed sitting outside. The pool was large and well-maintained. We found the staff very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the resort beach access. The only thing missing from our room was the gorgeous beach view.

Fantastic family getaway
We visited the beach, shopping malls, and scenic drive along I-30. There is a lot to do, and the beaches are beautiful. Nice family environment.

The jet ski rental down by the Destin bridge and the Dolphin Watch boat tours available down there, are the best.
