Clean and great location.
Nice, clean room. Great location. Excellent breakfast that comes with the room. We were very happy to stay at this hotel.

Very nice property, Superb location
Awesome location and nice staff. The property was well-kept, although slightly aged it was kept up nicely. I felt the location and cleanliness and overall "safe" feeling of the hotel made it well worth the price paid. For the area it is a good value. The beach is only a 5 min walk and there is plenty to do up the Atlantic strip. Highly recommended!

Ocean 50 has a great location and good menu, very nice atmosphere.

Point Me to the Beach
Great for the price
Pros - Hotel was very close to beach. Most restaurants and entertainment were in walking distance and although they were close by, they were also was far enough away if you wanted to enjoy peace and quiet. Cons - Hotel has 2 elevators and 1 was out of order. Was not notified of this ahead of time (notice in lobby stated work began in April). Since that left 1 working elevator, the wait time was sometimes extensive. Hotel is smoke free but nearby guests smoked on balcony and odor drifted into our room which was adjacent to theirs. Although my husband complained to staff twice, they continued to smoke and we were not offered alternative room accomodations - lucky I had my travel room freshener. Breakfast was good although there was not enough space to accomodate large number of guests who wanted to eat in dining area. You either had to wait for a table or take your food back to your room.

Just around the corner from the hotel entrance is a place to eat pizza. A must try! We enjoyed it.

3 nites in Delray
Didn't realize there was a "regular" Marriott down the street which was a closer to the beach. Since we were there to visit friends in Delray anyway the location was still good. No problem with Check-in. Parking OK. Room was clean and comfortable. Never had a bad experience with Marriott!
