The recently refurbished Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center sits on the north end of Daytona's spectacular 23-mile stretch of white-sand beach. Condo-style suites include kitchens and views of the Atlantic or the picturesque Halifax River. A variety of water sports – from surfing to surf fishing – are mere steps away. And the spa provides an indulgent break from the sun. The world-famous Daytona International Speedway is a short, scenic drive across the river. Or take a slightly longer day trip to Kennedy Space Center or Disney's Magic Kingdom.

5 day Trip to Daytona Beach
The room was clean however we were disappointed in the room and the view. The room was described as River View which was not accurate..we looked towards the street and the rooftop air conditioners. We asked if we could move to another room in the newer part of the hotel however they indicated the hotel was booked. The resort seemed to be running at a minimum staff as when we attempted to have dinner in the restaurant there was no hostess or waiters to be found. We were able to get two chairs at the bar and it appeared that the bartender was the only one working in Reflections that evening. The limited interaction we had with the staff was ok. The bartender Jason was excellent and made our visit to the bar/pool bar very enjoyable. We might choose this location again if we could ensure we had one of the ocean view rooms in the newer part of the hotel.

Daytona Beach Resort Center
Hotel was absolutely wonderful and the staff was very pleasent and helpful. Will definitly stay there again. My only complaint is that I could not get on the interent via their wiireless network. However, I have T-mobile stick and was able to use it instead.

Nice Family Place
The Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center is a really nice place to stay in Daytona Beach. It is right on the ocean, and the oceanfront rooms afford a gorgeous view of the ocean and the three pools at the resort. Our room had a full size refrigerator, a microwave, two stovetop burners and dishes, glasses and silverware. There is also a nice heated indoor pool with two jacuzzis, and a fitness room right next door. The lobby is very nice, with a business center with two computers. Across the street from the hotel is a nice shopping center, and some nice souvenir shops. A short drive down A1A is the Daytona Beach Boardwalk. My daughters said they would definitely like to return to DBR if we were ever to come back to Daytona Beach, and I agree with them.

About 10 miles south of the resort at Ponce Inlet, there is a nice 2 hour boat ride you can take on the Manatee on the Intracoastal waterway. You can see dolphins, and the beautiful waterside homes of the rich and famous, and the beautiful Ponce Inlet lighthouse.

ocean lovers long weekend getaway
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a perfect spot for a four day long weekend getaway to escape the cold. The staff was friendly, and responsive to all requests in a timely fashion. I requested a king bed but opted for the upgrade to queen bed with ocean view at check in. My husband and I would definitely go back to this hotel!

Great Family getaway

Went to St. augustine for the day. Hotel was centrally located. Went to ponce inlet. There was nothing missing.

good place
We arrived late (about 01:00); no problem with checking in, night staff was friendly and alert. Plenty of covered parking. Clean rooms (a small "leftover" from a previous guest on the balcony was cleaned within 20 minutes). Very friendly staff. Not the cheapest place in town, but well worth it, especially when you care about the well being and safety of your kids.
