Nearby all area attractions, Regal Palms Resort & Spa offers a myriad of recreational amenities located adjacent to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club. On site swimming complex including a giant outdoors pool with lazy river and waterslide. There is also a full service restaurant, sports bar and business center, as well as meeting and banquet facilities.
You may choose from a luxury Three or Four Bedroom Town Home located within the resort community of Regal Palms. These town homes offer a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining areas, washer/dryer and all in close proximity of the resort amenities. Regal Palms Resort & Spa also offers private luxury pool homes located in surrounding communities which are within driving distance to the resort amenities. You may choose from a Four or Five Bedroom Private Pool Home all with spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens, screened in patio and tropical pool.
There must be at least one registered guest 21 years of age or older that will be occupying the unit during the entire stay.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING POLICIES: Check-in: Guests are required to present government issued i.d. and a valid credit card in their name to cover any incidentals. (If you make a reservation the same day of arrival, check in could be as late as 6pm.)
Daily Resort Amenity Fee: $11.95 USD + tax per day payable at check-in covers: 24 Hour Check-In, Secured Resort Access, Parking, Local Phone Calls, Health Club (Fitness Center), Children's Playground and Swimming Pavilion along with Pool Towels, Regularly Scheduled Activities, and Sand Volleyball Court.
Early check-out: No refunds are provided for early departures. Fees will be applied and payable directly to property for any late check-outs.
Internet service: High-speed Internet service is $15 USD per hour for use and located in the resort's business center. FREE Wi-Fi available at Clubhouse for laptops equipped with proper devices.
Rentals Crib/Pack 'n' Play, Highchair and Stollers available for rental. Prices vary and are subject to tax - payable directly to property.

This is a no....
The unit was dirty with broken furniture and filthy carpet. An unlicensed vehicle was parked at the next unit. There is no way to adjust the temperature, it is either on air or heat. Kitchen has "Dollar Store" equipment and not much of that. Broken scratched skillet with a broken handle was the cooking utensil. Buses parked on the streets blocking traffic. No broom or vacuum in the unit. There is not even a box of tissue in the unit. There are many other reputable resorts in the area.

no toilet paper
microwave wasnt working had to wait 3 days for a new one which is hard now aday to feed 7 people without one and then just as we got the microwave we ran out of toilet paper and they would not give us any more they said they gave us a start package and that all we get this place wasnt close to anything but it did have an amazing pool and plenty of space

Location Great
Location was great, not far from Disney. But the upkeep of the resort left little to be desired. They didnt tell you to bring your own toilet paper so in the middle of the night when you dont have any you arr out of luck. The pool with a lazy river was great and the kids had a ball.
