Located in Florida Pines off highway 27, Florida Pines is the ideal family vacation home for families wanting to be close to the nearby theme parks yet stay in the countryside. The pool, which is fully screened, can be heated for an additional supplement which is recommended in the cooler months. The garage has even been converted into a games room, which features a pool table. The community also benefits from a community pool and a play area for children. Minimum age required for check-in is 21 years. Check-in is located at 2436 Sand Mine Rd. If you arrive after our office is closed, please collect your arrival pack from the lockbox located outside our office. Be sure to collect only the envelope with your name on it. If there is no envelope with your name, please call 407-390-9000, follow the prompts to leave an emergency message. A representative will return your call and assist you. There is departure cleaning only. Please note that there will be a USD 80.00 cleaning fee to be collected at check-in. Also, pool heating is available upon request for a USD 20.00 fee. Customers who book must call property at 407-390-9000 no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to obtain special instructions for check-in and to pay property fees. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of booking. Please note that there will be a USD 80.00 cleaning fee to be collected at check-in. For arrivals outside regular business hours, you will be able to access your arrival package from the lockbox located outside our office door.
