Third time was a charm
Stayed here for the first time when we attended a concert close by. This was our third visit and they set us up in a top floor room with a balcony. The staff is fantastic and the stay was wonderful. Going back for a forth visit this month for another concert.

Mixed Feeling
We have stayed here twice. First time was un-reserved. Room was nice but in AM when U turned on shower it made a horrific noise. My husband came rushing in telling me to turn OFF the shower cause the noise was hurting his ears. When we told them at check-outy that we could NOT shower because of the noise, they were very blase about it and basically said Oh Well. The second stay was booked thru an online discount service so rate was MUCH better, room was good, service good. So, a mixed bag...

Dissatisfied on the 8th
Disappointed
My experience was very dissapointing as I was expecting more out of a hotel of this caliber. The shower was a major dissapointment with very little water pressure; no turn-down service; you can hear conversations in the hall as if they were inside your room; no selection of pillows - all hard, which caused me to wake up in pain the next morning with what was diagnosed as bursitis of the shoulder. I am so glad we were only planning to stay there one night! I can't imagine staying there longer than that.

We stayed on a Friday night and were unable to find any restaurants open late for dinner in the vicinity (or at the hotel). Ended up eating a bag of chips from the food mart for dinner!

Couple's Anniversary Trip
Quieter than coastal hotels
We planned some ocean visiting but wanted a lower key hotel. Staff friendliness is important to us and was pleasantly surprised with their passion for customer service. I am not a golfer, but it didn't matter. I would go back again.
