Frustrating

I booked a room and when I showed up at the hotel they said there was no vacancy despite my reservation. They tried to trick me into canceling my reservation and when I refused, they found a room for me about an hour later. Then made me wait another hour before I could have the key. The condition of the room was poor and the pillow case smelled bad. The room wasn't clean and overall it was not an enjoyable or relaxing experience.
