Cocoa Beach Suites Hotel

Awesome place close to the surf. Cant beat the price or value for what you get in that area. Example: look across the street.... That place charges about the same rate..... Enough said. Never had a problem with the spa being out of order??? In fact nothing beats the hot tub after a long day of surfing. The hotel is VERY kid friendly as well (seperate rooms). Love this place!!!!

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The location was perfect as we spent a great deal of time at the beach. It is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. My kids loved it!

A couple blocks from beach, walking distance to several restuarants, and of course Ron Jons surf shop. Hotel has one elevator, so sometimes there is a wait.

Couldn't see the ocean from our "oceanfront" room, just a nasty building next door. The refrigerator didn't work at all, the water wasn't turned on for the sink on the bar. The carpet was disgusting, the shower flooded the bathroom, and the sink was filthy from previous guests, I imagine. The location is great if you want to be walking distance to the beach, but that's all this place has goin for it.

Carpet was a bit dirty. Good location. Neat and clean. Will stay there again. Very courteous staff.

nice stop. clean, safe, and so close to the pier! wish that hotel had an express breackfast bar because all the restaurants were crowded the next morning.

Staff was cooperative and friendly. Rooms were very clean but had some age on the hotel It would have been nice to have coffee and danish before we went on our cruise Town was very crowded and so were the restaurants.

There were no amenities, the spa was out of commission, the elevator is the world's slowest, the bathroom floors were sticky, no daily room service, and limited parking make this place a last choice option for Cocoa Beach.

When we arrived, we were asked if we would take a regular king size room,instead of one with the king bed AND the pullout sofa. First, I didn't know there was choice, 2nd when asked if there was a price difference, we were told since we already pd for it, we get what we get. I wouldn't have used the bed even if we needed it, it looked so old and dingy, though it couldn't have been much worse than the mattress on the bed. Decor was 80's dated and view of the waffle house in the parking lot was NICE! Even if oceanside, don't think you could see the beach. Parking was odd as well. OH and the reason we picked this hotel over others was because of the photo of the spa/hot tub,but it was out of order and it doesn't appear that it will ever be in order. We were told we could use the pool and spa at the 4 points sheraton (the sister hotel), but that requires a lot of work to travel to another hotel with wet clothes and such. Was not a fan. Would not recommend.

I had requested a crib for the room. I called that morning and asked if that would be a problem, or if we should bring our own. I was assured it wouldn't be a problem. It was. They had no cribs and had to borrow one from a neighboring hotel and didn't bring it to our room until almost 8pm, after telling us since 3pm: "it's on it's way up." It stated that they offered free breakfast when I booked. They don't. They don't have serve any food, free or otherwise. The pull-out sofa was broken and wouldn't pull out. The coffee maker was broken. The staff wasn't helpful at all.
