“Townplace is ok”
The room itself is SMALL but okay! The beds are okay. The sofa and chair not comfortable...but on the positive side. The price was good. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. That said, we wouldn't stay here again. We would pay a little more for a few upgrades.

Okay for the price
The room itself is okay. It is SMALL! The beds are EXTRA FIRM. Not all that comfortable. The shower head barely puts out enough water to actually get clean with. Those are my gripes, but on the positive side. The price was good, under eighty a night for the two bedroom. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. That said, we wouldn't stay here again. We would pay a little more for a few upgrades.

good value for the price
Received good value for the price. Small room but had a kitchen. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep. Had to put mattress in the floor. Also wanted an early check in but was told that room would be ready at 4:00 pm. 1 hour later than the regular 3:00 pm check in.

Great Hotel-Great price
We went to Clearwater for my nephew's graduation from med school.and were looking for a hotel to accomodate my husband and i,my 20 yr old daughter and my mother. Towne Place Suites was perfect! There were 2 bedrooms plus a small living room with a pull out sofa-it also had a kitchen if you needed one. This room was the cleanest and roomiest and at a great price. Location was great for us- 5 min. from clearwater airport but never heard a plane! They also had a small complimentary continental breakfast and coffee all day,computer available to use. We loved it here and would definitely recommend this hotel!

A Couples Honeymoon Retreat

Townplace is ok
I got a room with a king bed and the room was ok but the unattractive kitchenette is right next to the bed and visible. The fridge makes alot of noise and keeps you up at night. Bathroom could use updating. Breakfast is very basic, coffee and small muffin. I wouldn't want to spend a week here.

Surprisingly quiet at a great price
We we in for a Funeral Service so the stay was not a planned vacation. The motel was right off a busy intersection but surprisingly quiet. The room had a great desk area if you needed a business stay. The bed was slighyly small and tended to lean to the center, but was still comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep. We would stay again if in need of a room in that area again.
