Courtyard by Marriott St. Petersburg Clearwater

We stayed at the St. Petersburg Clearwater Courtyard by Marriott over Christmas. It was the perfect location for us - right across the Bayside Bridge from Safety Harbor and across the Howard Frankland from Tampa. Perfect location with easy access to everything!

Hard to find, must make a U-turn if coming back from the beach. Poorly marked sign cannot see until you get to the hotel. The hotel was great, most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Great services, pool & hot tob were fairly clean but nice. Private balconies on 2nd & 3rd floors. Great central location getting to the beach or headed to Tampa Would definantly stay again!

From the web site pictures the hotel looked good but once we stepped in the lobby to walking in our room this place turn out to be a paradise from my point of view. Flat screen tv in ur room. Mini freg. A padio or balcony depending on what floor ur on. This place is truly an awsome place to stay. And we will come back here on our next vacation!

We wanted a nice place to stay for the last day in Florida...needed a pool for the kids and wi-fi for adults! This was a newly remodeled hotel with everything we wanted! It was also very close to the airport...another reason we picked it....it was more than i expected for the $$!!!! Would definitely stay there again!

Rest, jacuzi and pool, were fine. Beds super good, clean and fresh room.The service was good and friendly.Better than previous trip to the same city and another hotel.Thanks,[...]

Check-in was simple; we explained a friend was traveling a few hours behind us and requested that he be checked into a room near ours if possible, even though we had booked on [...]. Easy as pie, he was put right next to us, no problems. The rooms were spotless and updated. The bed was insanely comfortable. The location was quiet and safe (to my surprise, on Ulmerton by the airport), but it was hard to find much to do nearby (we expected this; our friend insisted on this Courtyard for the awesome deal he got on [...]). I wish the room had a mini-fridge and a microwave, we were toting a few meal leftovers (luckily we had a cooler to keep cold but no microwave to reheat). :/ Housekeeping was knocking on the door and tried to enter around 9am. Thank goodness I had the safety latch thrown over, but I guess our do not disturb tag fell off. That freaked me out a little, since I didn't know who was trying to come in. Over all: very clean, safe, friendly and comfortable!

we received excellent service at this hotel. the staff did everything possible to accomodate our every need.what a great place!

We were in the area just to sightsee so the location was good. Not too far from lots of sights. The room was small and there was no microwave. We could use the one in the lobby but that is a pain. The breakfast bar was very nice but at $11.50 per person plus a tip for the waitress it was (I think) a little pricey. I like the free breakfasts much better! However, they did give me free milk for the baby and they gave me free goodies off the bar for him even when we didn't purchase the breakfast so that I though was really nice. All the staff was really nice and helpfull, the room was clean even though it was small and the bed was very comfortable.

My trip was brief and for business. The hotel was quite satisfactory but not easy to find. I had directions from Google that got me very close but the entrance from the main road was poorly marked. I didn't see the hotel until I drove past. I was able to get back to it from the next light but if there had been mre traffic, it would have been easy to miss it altogether...
