Centrally located all-suites hotel in Clearwater

Good hotel, good price
It was a good place to stay for our first trip to the Clearwater area. Our only disappointment was the traffic noise. The hotel wasn't far from the Gulf but heavy daily traffic made the trips longer than we had anticipated. Even with that, the hotel was a relaxing place to come to after a busy day. The complimentary cookies were delicious!

Nice little family spot
This was a nice hotel. We had a studio suite. Small room but still plenty of space for my wife and I and our 8 month old daughter. Located just minutes from the airport and the beaches. Would stay here again.

The hotel room reeked of smoke; I was unable to connect to the internet because the modem was missing. I think I may have seen a bed bug. The hotel is down the street from the prison and the street is lined with bail bondsmen. It didn't look like a very safe place to go out at night.

Not as the picture shows
The hotel was not as shown on the website. It is now an extended stay hotel, so we did not have maid service the 3 days we were there. Could not get extra blankets and was told the reason for that was that the hotel was full. This hotel does not have ice machines because the fridge in the room has an ice maker - however it was turned off so when we got to the room at 1115 at night, we had no ice. Bed was comfortable.

I needed an affordable place for one night. This hotel was $30 cheaper than a nearly identical one across the street. This was the better value.

good deal
we had a nice peaceful time. Staff was friendly, rooms were not "closet size", free laundry facilities. Overall a good hotel and reasonably priced. Location was easy to get to area stuff and beaches. 20 minutes or so to beach but worth it.

Great Value
We were very positively impressed. Extremely friendly staff, nicely sized and furnished rooms with full kitchen. What probably surprised us the most is that they have a small convenience store that works on the 'Honor System'! That's truly amazing in this day and age. As it's a long stay hotel, housekeeping is done on a weekly basis, which was fine with us. Towels and linens could be exchanged whenever you wanted. And you could get refills on coffee, dish soap, etc. as needed. There's also free washers and dryers. Did I mention they have cookies too?

Even good hotels have bad days
Usually this hotel is great, but my bad trip started when I found my room was a studio suite not a 1 bedroom suite[...] On top of wrong room the internet was down and elevator was broken so we had a 3rd floor walk up and my travel companion and I had to take turns sleeping on the floor because of the room mix up.

Just stayed overnight, on the way to Siesta Key. They have some snacks and a small exercise area. Desk clerk was very helpful. Room was ok. Nothing particularly special about the place. It is close to shopping and a short drive to good places to eat. No restaurant at the Suites.

Sweet Tomatoes restaurent. Their soups and salads are delicious. Great price and all you can eat. They also have breads, muffins, pastas, and desserts. They are a short drive from the Suites.
