bassically you get what you paid for i had a room with king size bed, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and stove, but no pots or pans only bad part of the room. and the check in is at 3 sharp no earlier only other bad thing, other than that it was fine.

The hotel is right on the US-19, which made it not only easy to find (and continue finding, as we began to drive around town), but everything else very easy to drive to and we learned the road very quickly even though we were only there a couple days. Barring traffic (of which there was a TON, so multiply everything times 4 if you are there during a touristy time) you are only 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach in one direction (south on the 19) or the Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs in the other (north on the 19). Busch Gardens was about a 45 minute drive, but if you plan to get there as the parking lot opens the traffic on the way will not actually be terrible. The pictures of the hotel premises are a tribute to the talent of the photographer, not really a good representation of the hotel, BUT, it's a Days Inn at $30/night, so what do you want? The rooms had beds without bugs and the breakfast bar included food (I also assume the pool was wet but it was too cold in March for us to go swimming). The shower and toilet are separated from the sink and mirrors in the bathroom, so it was conducive to multiple people all having to get ready at the same time in the morning. I was disappointed that their internet was "currently being worked on," but not overly concerned as we did not spend much time in the hotel room anyway (also, our hotel before this in Kissimmee also did not have the internet working, so we became resigned to being disconnected from the world). We simply re-acquainted ourselves with the phone book when we needed something, and the desk personnel were willing to print us out any Mapquests that we needed. I would however recommend doing your own research before you get there, as the desk staff were not particularly helpful about good places to eat or fun things to do. Also, the 19 is CALLED a highway, and is in fact 6 lanes, but has terrible traffic and multiple stop lights. Get used to U-turns and making your own space to join traffic (B, B-E AGRESSIVE). All in all, we had a great time, the hotel had no hidden fees/taxes/blah-blah like we got in Kissimmee that made it more expensive than what was already paid [...], and that was AWESOME. Just turned in the room keys and drove off into the sunset :)
