Basic needs fulfilled
For what I needed this place was fine. Rooms need freshening up, there was no clock, ice machine was not working. Pool was nice, staff very nice and location was good.

stinkin rat hole
we got to the hotel at 12 midnight. we reserved a room for 6. there were 2 beds no couch. the hotel clerk said they were all sold out and we were stuck with the room. it was not what we asked for. 2 kids slept on a filthy floor. the continental breakfast was waffles (iron did not work) and bad coffee. i need to cancel for this evening. your server has problems. i will not pay for another night. worst hotel we have ever been in. for this price it was truly a rip off. they didn't even have their sign lit up at night. i guess that was too expensive. bad. bad. bad. i want my money back for the first night and do not expect to have to pay for tonight. it is 2:30 pm right now. this is my cancellation. your server is not letting us cancel.

Short Business Trip
Room was the best value at the time. Turns out we stayed there two years ago when it was a Days Inn. From memory, the property seemed to be better this time; cleaner and better maintained. Room was over the office so wi-fi was strong. Pool looked nice but we did not try the water. Ad said they had waffles and that was all they had; a waffle machine, batter, butter, syrup and coffee.

Just Ok!
I have been staying here for about 3 weeks or more and have had several impressions of the place. The first room was horrible, housekeeping never came for the 1st week, the beds were way too soft and furniture was falling apart. I couldn't get or stay connected to the internet and the TV wouldn't get all channels we should have. We changed rooms after a few weeks and the new one is better, has a kitchenette, and we see housekeeping more often. The staff seems to be pretty friendly for the most part but they will not even try to help with pricing issues. The cost has gone up several times during our stay from $39 to $70 a night, and I was told this morning it is going up to $100 the beginning of next month. The only reason we haven't moved is b/c of the inconveniences that would cause, but we will be leaving in the next few days to go somewhere else.

bugs,bad repair
1st night old,dirty,key stopped working got new room next night. tv didnt work ,toilet leak,cock roaches! ans what Ithink bed bugs. got a refund for 3rd night and will never go back.

Perfectly named motel
The room was spotless as far as I could tell. There was a microwave and refrigerator and hair dryer in the room. If I had gone to the second floor, I could have had a full kitchenette with a 4 cup coffee pot, but I preferred parking at my door. There was complimentary coffee and make-it-yourself Belgian waffles available from 6 to 9 every morning. The only minor inconvenience was that no shampoo is available. The staff was very friendly and helpful and efficient. I will definitely stay at this chain whenever I can.
