Mystic Dunes Resort and Golf Club is ideally situated near Orlando's top destinations, including Universal Orlando, Walt Disney World Resort and SeaWorld Orlando. The 600 acres of nature preserve make a magnificent backdrop for the award-winning golf course. This unique course has extensive native wetlands, sand dunes and grassy fairways. nice place..customer service LACKING!!
the amenities were AMAZING.. the price was great. but I tried to call to speak with a customer service rep 2 days prior to arriving at this hotel and was kept on hold for 30 mins, only to be transferred to there sales team in INDIA!! Also, while on the resort, I called for internet help, and got the same kind of lackluster treatment, with the issue never being resolved. Lastly, i was interested in getting some information on a theme park from the sales desk.. SAME TREATMENT!!! on hold for 20 mins.. no resolution!!! this place needs customer service training... STAT!
