Mystic Dunes Resort and Golf Club

I wasn't very happy at this hotel., Our kitchen faucet was messed up we ha difficulties shutting the faucet off without it running or dripping. The closet door to the washer/dryer was broken and one of the lamps in the bedroom wouldn't turn on and off, you had to unplug it and plug it in to get it to work. There were holes in the couch arms and cushions. There was no maid service unless you wanted to pay an additional $25 for a tidy or $45 for a cleaning. The office was difficult to find and the staff at the reservation desk was more interested in what they were doing instead of helping customers. we had to call for additional towels and wash clothes however the 2 delivery boys were nice. It was a nice amount of space but i don't believe i will stay here again.

I can hardly find anything to complain about in regards to this hotel. Aside from the fact that it was a little difficult to find, the staff and cleanliness made up for any cons. You are immediately welcomed upon check in with a gift bag and a smile. The resort is HUGE and offers a large variety of entertainment which is perfect for families. The hotel was about 10 miles away from the parks and near many restaurants and gift shops. Loved it, wished I could've stayed longer.

the amenities were AMAZING.. the price was great. but I tried to call to speak with a customer service rep 2 days prior to arriving at this hotel and was kept on hold for 30 mins, only to be transferred to there sales team in INDIA!! Also, while on the resort, I called for internet help, and got the same kind of lackluster treatment, with the issue never being resolved. Lastly, i was interested in getting some information on a theme park from the sales desk.. SAME TREATMENT!!! on hold for 20 mins.. no resolution!!! this place needs customer service training... STAT!

Beautiful place, great room! I would recommend this resort to everyone. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The room had everything including a washer and dryer!!

Check in was fast. Unfortunately, this seemed to be because the woman behind the counter couldn't wait to get rid of me. She made me feel like I was bothering her when I asked how to get to the pool with the waterfall that is featured on much of the promotional materials. The most I could get out of her was that there were four pools. We eventually found it. The pool we used was very nice. The room was clean but a little dated in decor. The TV in our room had terrible reception. The resort itself is beautiful. We loved the architecture of many of the buildings.

Overall Avg Experience / Nicely Maintained Common Areas Relatively Close to all atraction withing 15 to 20 min Did not like the lack of clean towels and no housekeeping during stay.Also I was on 1st floor and every time neighbors showered or flushed it sounded like a rain storm in my bedroom

Had a great time with myself and my girlfriend. Coulnd't have asked for a better room.

Went to Downtown Disney to see the Cirque du Soleil show La Nouba. The villa we stay in was wonderful, very comfortable with a nice view over the golf course. There was no vending machine in our building, and the nearest convince store is a little far. Overall Great!

This was a terrific place to stay. It was like being home only better. We only stayed one night as we were on our way to St. Augustine but really wished they had a place like this closer to the beach. The bed was comfy, the room was spotless, the shower had great pressure and it was very quiet. The only thing I could say negative was the water smelled and tasted like pond water.
