- 1 Bedroom Villa sleeps up to 4, one queen bed and one queen sofa bed. 650 square feet. Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffeemaker, cookware, and dinnerware. Separate shower and jetted tub. Cable/satellite TV with DVD player. Washer and dryer.

- 2 bedroom Villa sleeps up to 8, one king bed in main bedroom, two queen beds in second bedroom, and one queen sofa bed in living room. 1,445 square feet. Screened, furnished patio. It is a great stay
The dunes lagoon is the best swimming pool. Renovated rooms are 16,17,30,31

GREAT Deal
This was a great deal. GPS directed us and others to the back entrance that is closed at night. I suggest you read their directions to avoid that problem. The resort is a Diamond time share and the unit we were in was huge and clean but a bit dated. They are in the process of renovating all the units but when that is complete, the great deal we got will likely be gone. Our room was giant. Had a separate living room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, large bathroom with shower and a Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. The time share deal was optional but we chose to go through it. Took us 1 1/2 hours and we received $75 CASH plus a voucher to stay at that resort or any other Diamond Resort for 2 more nights (6 month waiting period). The deal also includes the ability to buy attraction tickets at discounted prices. I recommend it all. Have fun.

Bad experience
I had to stay for one week by force due to unexpected deposit that i had to pay to check inn and hold most of my trip credit. that week was the worst in life as there was no internet connection at all. however they are posting that they have internet but they are not. Location dose not appear on GPS The unit has a water leaking from the washer, fan was noisy,TV was old and very bad pic,Bed was very uncomfortable.

It was good so big apartments for two persons
We are for the first time in USA, the first our hotel was Mystic Dunes Resort, we got one problem to get there because in the confirmation was not specified the city Kissimi and we could not find the address in the navigator, but when we found the hotel everything was all right, the room was amazing, big and beautiful, we ordered the dinner to the room, it was delicious and price was ok, so we had good holidays in Mystic Dunes.

food and wine fest at epcot
The place was great and was very accommodating for 3 families. The resort was great, the only thing is the floor was a little dirty. Get some better mops.

Excellent Deal and Great location
We were booked for a small studio unit but we received a free upgrade to a bigger room. The room was clean and spacious. We loved the large bathroom and kitchen. The only thing I did not like was the internet, the room did not have wireless internet. I had to connect to the cable in the kitchen and was unable to check my emails from my room. Other than that the room was excellent. I was not impressed with the customer service when we first arrived. We were offered a tour of the resort and a free breakfast that would take 2 hours of our time. We would receive discounts to park tickets for attending. We booked the tour for $20.00 (reimbursable after the tour) but realized immediately after that the discounts would not apply to the attractions we wanted. The staff was not happy that we cancelled and said that it would take days before we received the $20.00 deposit. It’s been a week since we were there and I’m still waiting for the reimbursement. I’m hoping to get it soon.

Excellent resort
Hotel location was great. It's closed to Disney and other major parks. We have great time staying at Mystic Dunes.

Slightly Disappointed
Definitely not for couples!
It was not what I expected. Apartment complex with a very nice pool is how I would describe it. The rooms were very outdated. Personally will never stay here again. However, I can see this as an option for families with children. Definitely not for couples!
