Basic Lodging
Affordable, convenient, and friendly lodging. Only disappointment was the TV service consisting of 20 or so channels including two identical NBC stations, and a handful of "dead" channels.

Cape Coral Visit to meet new Great Grandbaby
We spent 7 nights. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were very nice. Disappointed there was not a little nook there where you could buy unexpected necessities or a different snack of some sort. We witnessed a small group of business men that needed a meeting area to talk business. Asked the front desk and their answer was we have nothing like that here. I think they could of at least offered an area in the breakfast room to accommodate them. Loud Loud air conditioner/heater. Everyone commented on that. Overall a nice stay.

A nice Perkins restaurant is right next door. Clean, and very nice people. Shopping close by and hotel was sort of centrally located for all of our needs of which we were not looking for theme park type of vacation

Great staff
This is a good place to stay while conducting business but also works for getting in a little pool time. It's a great value for the money and close to restaurants and bars. Nothing fancy, but clean and gets the job done. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
