Great Value
The location was perfect for my vacation. The hotel is in the middle of most attractions in the Tampa Bay area. The room was clean and the kitchenette was convenient. The main issue I had with the room was the comfort and size of the "queen" bed. The bed was not comfortable and it seemed a little small for a queen sized bed. The refrigerator needs an update as well because the temperature knob was broken and therefor froze my food. All in all, it was a great stay and I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants more for their money.

There is an AMC movie theater around the corner of the hotel. It has is an updated movie theater and it gives you a taste of home while you are away.

Hard bed
Room was well equipped, not the cleanest, bed was a rock. The whole complex had a feel of a low income housing. Had kuds knock on our door at night and run away. reported this to staff and they just said "that sucks" But we were just there to sleep. So I guess it could have been worse. Stay at la Quinta in nextdoor.

What a night Mare
We entered our room thinking what a great getaway. Well, I have bad lungs and just over my second heart attack. My wife also has breathing problems. The room had such a strong mold smell, very damp and we didi not think it was to secure. We never unpacked, just left the key and came home. I looked for a cup to get water, and all there that I could find was one plastic uncleaned cup in the cupboard. We have been in Brandon many times, but never again at this hotel.

Nice but service was not
I arrived on Thrusday 10/18/12. In 4days never had room maid service did not make the bed or bring clean towels. I have friends who have used Orbiz and speak highly of you . I was disappointed. sorry.

There is a mall across the way that had every store I have every heard of and some I have not. Too much to see in one day.

it was a nice hotel but the room service menu was not the same as the place we had to call to order. We ended up having to go out because everything we wanted to order, they did not have. Overall the hotel room was clean and it made easier with the baby that we had a full kitchen

Excellant Hotel.
Excellant motel in good area for a good price. Only problem was finding it. Their sign is on the building hidden by trees. Room was clean and well appointed. Had a small kitchen, though I didn't use it. Location was a little far for me, as I was going to the air show in Lakeland. Would be excellant for someone staying in Tampa.
