Converted to condo renting
Very nice property, conveniently located
The unit we were assigned was spacious, nicely decorated, and very convenient. This is a large condo complex that is 50% owner-occupied, 50% rental. We are a 3-generation family, and grab bars in the showers would have been helpful to our oldest family member. Given the nature of the complex, they are unlikely to be found or installed. The pool and hot tub at the complex were very pleasant, and we would have liked to have been able to stay longer. I will book there again if we go to Bradenton on another trip, and I hope we will get as nice a unit.

Short drive from hotel
Bring dish soap. They leave one small packet of dishwasher detergent, but that isn't enough. I was focussed on food and forgot about washing the dishes. Fortunately the Publix is very nearby.

good price for families
We go to visit my son and his family. It is a good value for us because it has a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. My only problem with it is that you never know if you are going to get a clean unit or a dirty on. We bring our own cleaning supplies and hope that we do not need to use them.

We were welcomed by very polite&
We were welcomed by very polite& helpfull guy at reception. \the resort is extremely well run and all the staff are so very good. The condo was Spotlessly clean - with great facilites in each appartment. On the site there 2 pools and tennis courts and hottubs. We preferred to drive 10 minutes down the road to wonderful beaches. Plenty of restaurants near by (walking distance) and shops - Will be booking again next year

GREAT PLACE TO STAY Over all
I have stayed there before and what you get is a 2 br/2ba 1200 sq ft condo- Each is owned by an owner and you are renting their's. So no 2 decorated the same- I did find a small issue- I tried to call the front desk from the house phone, it didn't work and they tried to charge me 57 cents for the call- Like all condos they want to charge a deposit to your cc for what if damages, DEBT cards will temp take money OUT of your account -be carefull to make sure you authorize the amt. I wasn't asked and $40 was gone from my act-Got it back but it was a hassle.

At Santa Maria island- about 7-8 miles- they have breakfast on the beach -every day for a real cheap price- Drive out Manatee Ave-Rt 64 -west as far as you can go and you are there!

i lOVE sHOREWALK THE PLACE HAS EVERYTHING U NEED ALL U HAVE TO DO IS PACK YOUR CLOTHES AN GO 5 TO 10 MIN FROM THE BEACH THE PRICE CANT BE BEAT I HAVE STAYED THERE AROUND 5 TIMES THEY JUS NEED TO GET RID OF THE POOL LADY AN HIRE SOMEONE WHO LIKES KIDS AN PEOPLE IN GENERAL.
