Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites BRADENTON WEST

It was easy to check-in and check-out and the breakfast and free wi-fi worked great.

Good location to beaches. Breakfast was good, great staff. Room was clean, great service. Very good hotel. I would go back.

I have pros and cons to this hotel. At check in we asked if we could book extra nights and were told that we could. On the good side, the staff was very friendly, for the most part everything was fairly clean, it was pretty quiet even though we were there on spring break, there was plenty of hot water for all of us to shower, and the breakfast was plentiful and hot. On the down side, our bed was as hard as a rock and very lumpy, the room was dark and stuffy with a very stale smell that we could not air out, the carpet was almost sticky so we always wore shoes. The hotel is in need of some serious updating too. We asked for a fridge in our room but didn't get one. We intended to stay longer but checked out early and found somewhere else to stay that ended up being cheaper and extremely more comfortable. I would suggest looking at other places and reading reviews before booking.

We enjoyed staying at the Bradenton West...close to everything...airport, shopping, restaurants, beaches, etc. Would definitely return should occasion arise. Thanks to the friendly staff!!

Generally very good, was clean and well made up spot on every day. My son liked the breakfast, pancakes, bacon, biscuits and gravy, eggs, fresh fruit...well done. One problem was getting the Internet, the staff had to adjust the router on my floor, after that ok. I would stay again.

It's clean and provides great service. I enjoyed staying here.

This hotel is perfect if you are out and about. The rooms are neat and clean. Lots of hot water for showers. They have a breakfast in the morning that will hold over the heartiest of appetites (excellent). The staff is very personable and willing to render assistance. There is a pool and hot tub if you're interested. If you have children, you my want to ask for an up graded room with a refrigerator in it. They have wireless internet to keep you connected. The location is excellent for going to the beaches, golfing and sight seeing. There are may fine restarants for sea food in the area. For the price I'd stay here again.

Where should I begin.... First off our door would not lock. When we notified the staff of this issue they sent a technician to assist. He determined the door needed to be reprogrammed and it needed new batteries. We warched him walk away from our room. We went back to check the door and it wasn't locked. I was able to secure the lock so we left for the day. We returned about 9 o'clock that night and when we got to our room the door wasn't shut all the way. So all day it wasn't secure. When we confronted the desk they were apologetic and said that hasn't happened before. I think that was a joke.... They also said they would find out who was the last person there and notify us but they never did. Night two of our stay we we awakes by loud banging on our door. Some houlligan kids decided it would be funny to kick everyone's door at 2am. They continued to run wild throughout the rest of our stay. The next issue is we went for a swim. The pool looked clean however when we returned to our room we noticed our swimsuits stunk horribly. The last issue we had was the bed was as hard as a rock and the ceiling in our room looked like it had water damage. Overall we were not impressed and would never stay at that hotel again. So please think twice before you book there.

This is the second stay at the bradenton holiday inn express... as our prior stay we found the hotel to be excellant in all ways. The actual room was clean and the decor was nice. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom was spotless, but I wish the towels were abit fluffier, other than that I have no complaints. The breakfast bar was hot, tasty and had many options which changed every day. The pool was clean and refreshing. I highly recommend this hotel.
