The Guest Suites is located right next to the Arvida Corporate Park and within walking distance of the Boca Raton Tri rail station. Starbucks, Dunkin donuts, Einsten Bagel , Subway, Mcdonalds, Wendys, Jimmy Johns are all located within a walking distance in addition to other popular restaurants.
Suites at the hotel have free access to free complimentary wireless internet and all the rooms have a mini refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer and coffee makers. There is free parking at the hotel and laundry facilities in the hotel too. Our hotels boasts of a tropical courtyard with lushly landscaped oversized patio and sundeck area, heated pool and a whirlpool. Complimentary Breakfast is served daily in the morning everyday from 7:30 - 10:00am

Nice place to stay in Boca Raton
This was my second stay at the Guest Suites of Boca Raton. Just like the first time, the room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay there the next time I travel to Boca Raton.

I now know to take my own bath towels; if I plan to stay @guest suites because, there was a shortage on wash cloths. I was told they did not have any wash cloths because guests are walking off with them. This was totally unacceptable. I feel this hotel should have ample supply of wash cloths, no matter what the reason is for them disappearing.

Not the Ritz
Grungy, small, and horribly soft mattresses. This hotel is nothing better than a cheap motel. The complimentary breakfast is a poor representation of what is normally nothing special. Couldn't even get a decent cup of coffee. Asked for wake up call 3 days, and didn't get it once. Turns out phone had a loose cord that may have been the cause, but one would think they would have tried to figure out what was wrong, but they didn't. Small, inadequate number of towels, not a decent sized bar of soap, not any usable hangers in the closet. Overall, bad experience. I came for a purpose, and had no great expectations. Had I been there for leisure, I would have checked out immediately.

Hotel Is In Shambles
The hotel is run down, the room we stayed in was full of ants. Ants were also walking out of the shower drain, which totally grossed me out. The breakfast buffet (if that is what it was) was hard boiled eggs in dirty water, no coffee, cold and hard bagels. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Short Stay
I stayed 2 nights at this hotel and have no complaints about it. I won't say it's the nicest hotel but for the value it was a good stay. The room was clean and the staff overall was friendly. I would stay here again.

Not awful for the price
From the outside, it looks nice. It's in a great location, and they look like they tried to update the rooms. The tile by the shower was done poorly. It looks like water will leak in between all the cracks. The breakfast was pathetic. Nobody even in their tending to it. Besides cold cereal, bagels, toast, and juice, that was it. I'm not a big fan of outdoor entrances, and this hotel was.
