Four-story hotel offering rooms and suites in downtown Boca Raton
The Boca Raton Plaza Hotel and Suites is located in the heart of Boca Raton, only one mile from the beach and just north of shopping and Mizner Park entertainment center. It offers 85 guest rooms and 15 suites, all completely renovated in 2003. Amenities include outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, and poolside Tiki Bar.

Great for the price!
The hotel was very easy to find and in a good location. The bed was very comfortable and its always great to room in a suite on a vacation, so you have a little kitchen to use. I always have to have a cold water bottle with me, so that was great. They included a microwave, refrigerator, sink, with a few cabinet drawers to put food items away. Since I stayed in one of the end units, it took a few minutes for the water to get warm, and after running it for a few minutes, it was very hot and stayed hot longer than my water does at my apt! It nice. And in the kitchen area were a few ants, which I realize are hard to get rid of, which is why I only gave a 4 on room cleanliness, Oh and that a roach was around the pool, luckily someone killed it and that was the only one i saw. Anyways, it was just what I needed. The pool area was very nice, and there was always a lounge chair available. I had a great vacation, and for spending what we did, this hotel was great!

Short drive from hotel
I didn't know that in Boca Raton, to access the beach you Have to pay to park somewhere. Meters can be annoying, having to go back and feed the meter, so Deerfield beach is a very short maybe 5-10 minute drive south, and there is a parking garage with a flat fee of $6 and is good for the whole day. There are cute surf shops and many bars and restaurants and of course a beautiful beach! So I was happy to have had someone tell me about it!

A place to Stay for a good rate, thats it
Great value if you are just looking for a place to stay. Would be great for business travel. Rates are very low, but you the place reflects that. Not a great place to stay if you plan on hanging around and relaxing.

This is a great place
I spent a couple of nights here,I liked the music from the Tiki Bar ,the DJ was very pleasent on the ears.The Our Place Restruant had the best Seafood and Prime Rib. Stay Here

Boca Plaza
Great Rates, Staff is great. Does need updating like many reveiws say, but the pool was nice for the kids and the Tiki Bar was a nice plus. Able to walk to the beach and local stores. I'll book it again, rooms are small, but I used those for sleeping so it didn't matter to me.

great stay
The staff was pleasant, they even called to check if my room was to my liking. The location in proximity to what I needed to do was perfect, directly on Federal so its a straight shot to and from anywhere. Love the ground level rooms and with the little patios they are excellent. Room size was perfect plenty of space. Having a fridge and microwave was quite convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will use this hotel again as I do frequent the area.

Motel Six upgrade
Booked this hotel thru [...]only thru pictures. NOT A 3 STAR despite its description. It's a motel..the lobby was nice but all the rooms are outside, not inside the hotel. Thus when you walk from lobby you are immediately hit with hot air until you get to your room.Room was adequate, a bit shabby but okay. Had the 2nd floor with terrace overlooking a roof. I booked this as I was going to family funeral. Needed a restaurant on premises.The restauranct was horrific! No fruit for breakfast....grease and more grease. Really a bar with bad bar food NOT A PLACE FOR ANY KIND OF MEAL..even breakfast was horrible. They bill themselves as "great roast beef sandwiches"..ARby's sandwiches are better but that is the quality of beef.Pool, hut tub okay...they try to spiff it up with tiki bar but truly a mere motel. Would not stay here again.

needs personalitly at the front desk, the room could have been a little cleaner and bedspreads would had been nice. was charge $2.78 at check out ask what that was for I was inform fees
