Well Deserved Props!!
This is an older hotel but it is very nice. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling in the Mayport area! Staff was friendly, it was quiet, the pool was great, and most of all just 3 minutes away from the beach!

This hotel also has a bar and grill down stairs that is pretty nice. It is in a central location for a lot of local restaurants that are nice as well.

Get away to Atlantic Beach
Average stay. Room and pool were clean. Service was above average. Dining was a short drive.

Good location not so great hotel
Checkin was easy, but getting extra towels wasnt. THe pool was filthy dirty and all the railings were loose..very dangerous. the location was amazing 5-10 minutes from the beach, 8.00 cab ride. You cant beat the location for the money.

Neptune beach is a great spot for great restaraunts and bars. Its an 8.00 cab ride from the hotel.

You get what you pay for
The staff was friendly and the hotel grounds were satisfactory. The bathroom and linens were clean. The carpet was damp and the room smelled moldy. The refrigerator was ready to fall over because the bottom corner was wet and rotted. We left a day early. If the carpet and some furniture were replaced and the room had a chance to air out, it would be fine. The neighborhood was older and a bit run down, though it appeared safe. The beach was very nice and only about 10 minutes away.
