Good price, clean, and good location
Great price, great rooms. Rooms were very clean, cozy, staff was friendly, free breakfast, great location. Area seemed very safe...This hotel was located about 4 blocks from the Metro- easy transportation, about 1.5 miles from the Holocaust Museum and Washington Monument, hotel was located near a small neighborhood that had great Mexican food, sea food, and Thai & Italian food all with great drink specials. Room is a bit outdated with fixtures, but definitely clean and great for the price.

Nice surprise, charming, great area!
Windsor Park Hotel was a real surprise. For the price, we didn't expect such a charming, clean hotel right in the middle of so many great places to eat and things to do. Close to the zoo, Rock Creek Park, hip neighborhoods and metro. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful neighborhood.... shabby hotel
Very old place - small rooms - funking smells - bathroom was clean - staff very friendly and helpful - internet receptivity horrible but two pcs for guest use off lobby - decent breakfast - needs some serious renovation and a good srub.

Adequate, free internet, reasonable $
This is good for people who have business in D.C., use internet, don't need pool, etc. Good location 6 blocks from Dupont Circle. Not far from Metro subway.

Amazing high-class neighborhood
Walked to Adams Morgan for breakfst, enjoyed a beautiful little park en route. Walked around the streets off Kalorama Road and admired the gorgeous embassies. The hotel itself could need some fresh paint! However, for the money and the location it is fine for a short stay.

Great location, European-esque Hotel
We only had a day and a half to explore D.C., and this hotel was the perfect hotel for us! The price was reasonable and we found ourselves in a lovely little neighborhood with several restaurants. Walking to the National Mall was long, but not impossible, especially on a nice day (like we experienced). It's also near enough to the metro station that you can get there a little more quickly if need be. The hotel was a little eccentric, but that added to the charm. It was very european. Finally, while the hotel doesn't have a parking lot, we easily found street parking, and being that we were there for Memorial Day weekend, we were able to leave the car in the same place the entire time.

Close to Downtown
It has all the basics of a hotel. Breakfast is simple. You have to park on the street or pay $$ to park in a garage.

one night in Windsor Park Hotel
The location of the hotel is great, ans the staff was welcoming and friendly. But the room was overpriced as compared to the level of confort it provides. The only window of my room did not have any view, as it was opening straight on a closed wall. Not very nice... More efforts could also be provided as well on the "continental breakfast". There is nothing else than this white cheese to put on your bread...
