Dining
- international lounge
- The keynote of the international is the feeling of grown-up glamour and sophistication that reigned throughout the Kennedy years - the golden age of All-American-Style; full of promise and ambition. This is not Austin Powers or Warhol Pop. Think Babe Paley; think dressed up, crisp clothed jet-setters and kings of commerce enjoying a classic champagne cocktail, nibbling an elegant snack, while engaging in intense flirtation and conversation into the wee hours - after all one can always stay over.
- No. 10 Thomas
- No. 10 Thomas offers Contemporary American cuisine and the perfect ambience for any meal. Watch the "Early birds" at Logan Circle in the morning, sunbathers taking a dip in our pool after lunch, or the sunset over National City Christian Church in the evening. Sip a Glass of Champagne or enjoy a cocktail by candle light on our Poolside terrace and make a wish while counting the shooting stars over Washington D.C.

Awesome Stay for the Price
We bought a flight + hotel deal and I could not believe how much hotel we got for the price! The staff was awesome, the housekeepers were awesome, the location was awesome, the whole stay was awesome! The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and I will definitely stay there again - as well as recommend it to my friends!

This is a great hotel with well appointed rooms and very helpful staff. The area is unique as it bridges the government district, embassy row, and more casual historic neighborhoods.

Although the floor we were on
Although the floor we were on was partly under renovation, it did not cause any problems or inconvenience. The hotel lobby is impressive and the location was perfect. We didn't use the pool but it is a good added extra for the warm DC summer climate.

We were in DC for 3 days all at
We were in DC for 3 days all at the Washington Plaza Hotel. The stay was great. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the pool was sunny. Location wise the hotel is in a good spot. It is s blocks or so from the a metro station and is also walking distance to the White house. If you don't like to walk taxis are available and due to the location the fares are not bad to get to Georgetown or to the Capitol (around $10-13).

We stayed here for 5 nights and
We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great stay. The staff were friendly and the room was big , modern and comfortable. The location was fantastic as it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the shops and the attractions of Washington DC (White House, US Capitol, Lincoln Memorial, Smithsonian museums etc). The hotel has an excellent buffet and the staff in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The hotel also offered free internet which was very handy. We did not need to catch a taxi our entire stay as everything is in walking distance and the metro is also close by. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Super convenient
Great hotel. Super convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff. Modern and clean decor. Lots of nice amenities. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Really about all I could ask for during a quick trip to DC, or even if I was staying longer. In one of the better neighborhoods for upcoming restaurants and nightlife. Good spot. Second time I've stayed here and I've been happy both times.

great hotel
This hotel was a wonderful surprise. We chose it because of location and price ([...]had a deal). It is in a nice area in downtown. Close to many attractions (including convention center). 5 blocks from the metro (only inconvenience, it would be better a little bit closer). Rooms were very nicely decorated, modern, clean and attractive. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and very good. And the outdoor pool, in the main lobby, was like an oasis in the middle of the urban jungle. Highly recommend this hotel. Many others that were more expensive did not look as good, at least from the outside.
