Washington Marriott

Great location. Small room w/ sink outside of bathroom. We couldn't open the roll away bed because of the room size. Also, wifi was not included; you had to pay extra for everything. Nice lobby & staff was helpful.

The hotel is well located near the George Washington University. The rooms are small, specially the bathroom (not up to a Marriot standard). The mattress seemed old and was very uncomfortable. Internet is not available for free. We will not go back to this hotel

The staff was caring and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. Not having Continental breakfast was the only discomfort. That first cup of coffee with a Danish was what I crave for in the morning. Rest was quite good.

The hotel was a great place to stay at! The location was kind of far my family and I but that's okay because the staff were very nice and helpful!

Two things really stand out about this hotel: 1) The staff were terrific. We were traveling with our 3 year old and 9 month old, and Kevin, who checked us in at the front desk upon arrival made sure we had a large room, which was crucial for comfortably fitting us all into the space and still having some room for our boys to play. 2) The location was great. There are multiple good restuarants within walking distance, and there is a Walgreens right next to the hotel, which again is crucial for folks travelling with children.

Hotel room and the bath room are too small. Maid service was too slow. On Saturday,3/9, my wife and I left our room at 8:00 A.M to go sight seeing. When we returned to our hotel room around 5:15 P.M , our room still had not been cleaned. Contiental breakfast is good. The king size bed in our room does not look like king size but rather queen size.

stayed on 2/2/2013 enjoyed the health club and the comfy beds..bathroom was small but spent little time using it !!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The only think tatht could be better would be the walk distance to the subway. It is a little far!!

We stayed at the Washington Marriott for a family trip to DC. We were very pleased with the location, a moderate walk to the monuments, Georgetown, and pretty close to a couple of different Metro stops. Fantastic gym and weights for a hotel. The only things I didn't like were the inability of the room air conditioner to remove the humidity from our room and the rude bar staff.

Family of 4, enjoyed the hotel pool, comfy beds and easy walk to the metro. The gym was nice, plenty of equipment. First day we even walked to the White House. Easy walk to dinner, great coffee at Bourbon on L and a great self serve frozen yogurt Service was pleasant, but no concierge on Saturday :-(. Next time we will remember to bring bike helmets!
