Cleveland Bar is a very good call for those who like beer and pizza along with big LCD screens playing games of all sports together. Really nice.

Nice place to stay in DC

The Normandy Hotel is a spectacular value. The rooms are well appointed; the scale cozy and human. Everything is tasteful and the staff are very friendly. I had a little bit of a problem with my room being over heated. But I opened the window and things were fine. I let the staff know and they looked into it immediately. Bed was excellent, as was breakfast buffet.

Good place to be

Great location: convenient, safe and nice looking. rooms are small but have most of what you may need, clean, quiet. Bathroom with everything in it was perfect. Lobby has several rooms, fireplace and many guests gather there to talk, relax or have a glass of wine with cheese or tea with sweets, all complimentary. front desk personnel was very helpful. happy I found this place!

Good location and great value.

Nice boutique hotel convenient to Dupont Circle (aprox ten minute walk). Room was clean and comfortable with decent amenities (loved the "Nespresso" machine). There is underground (secure) parking available (for a fee), however, parking spaces are small so may not be suitable for bigger vehicles. If you plan on using the Metro it is best to walk downhill to Dupont Circle and the return via Cleveland Park/National Zoo.

Best value for money If you book online

Clean, friendly and very cosy place. The first hotel i have been to where you actually want to hang out in the loby. They forgot to mention that the breakfast is not included but cost an extra 18 dollars if you have booked the room online. Next time i will eat at a cafe in the area around although i must say it was a good breakfast.

Second time for us - that should speak volumes!

Staff are very welcoming and attentive at all times. Comfy bed, good shower, and attractive decor in room. Lovely homely feel as soon as you enter hotel with candles flickering constantly. Complementary wine, cheese and nibbles every evening 6 - 7pm. On the whole we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Location perfect for buses, trains, eating, sight seeing. Thank you!
