Great location, very friendly staff,

Great central location in Georgetown, close to some excellent restaurants. Easy access to transportation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Suite was spacious, but needed some updating. Continental breakfast was OK, but there is no place to sit, so you have to take it back to your room.

Hotel Monticello

Nice hotel, but A/C didn't work and we had to leave the windows open all night to get some air flow. They said they would adjust our rate to compensate, but did not.

Convention Location and Spacious Room

Hotel Monticello was a good choice for what we needed. It was close to where we had to be, the suite was very comfortable and spacious, valet parking was responsive, and the front desk staff was friendly and competent. We would stay there again when visiting Georgetown University.

Hidden Treasure

Hotel Monticello, located one block from M st in the center of Georgetown was truely a hidden treasure. The room ( a two room suite) was lovely, quite, and very nicly appointed. There are dozens of resaurants - name a cuisine - in walking distance. The room had a bathrobe, umbrella wine bottle opnner and whine glasses, plus coffe and a small refrigerator. We stay in the city often and I plan to make this my new DC regular hotel

Comfy suites

We just returned from four nights at the Hotel Monticello and we were very pleased with the the suite...the room was quite large and comfortable....it even has two TV's....the location was great...near many restaurants, shops and buses... right in the middle of Georgetown......we were so pleased that we are staying there again when we go back to DC for an event at the end of October.....
