Hotel with rooftop pool on Embassy Row near Dupont Circle
The Embassy Row is a half-block from Dupont Circle in the midst of Embassy Row. Georgetown, the White House, and downtown D.C. are nearby. The Dupont Circle Metro is a half-block away. Guests won't lack entertainment with the neighborhood's restaurants, shops, and attractions, including the Phillips Collection, less than a block away. The seasonal rooftop pool is a great place to lounge during the summer.

Quick overnight in DC
This hotel is in an excellent location for a quick (or long) trip to DC. Easy access to the metro and centrally located for easy walks to many of the sights.

Town and country woman
Great location, great staff
Overall, nice enough. Staff very pleasant and helpful without exception. Continental breakfast generous and tasty. What wasn't so good was 1) the heating system: a noisy wall unit blew cool air at gale force (the curtains were blowing with the windows shut) and the fan was not adjustable. In order to sleep, I turned the system off, and then the room was chilly. 2) the bathroom exhaust was nonfunctional, so the room steamed up with every shower. I don't go to DC often, maybe that's what you get for that price...

Embassy Row Hotel, DC
This is big bang for the buck and, given the location, you really can't beat it. Plus, it's quiet. unlike hotels on the other side of the Circle.

Great value and location
We stayed here on our two most recent stays in D.C. and will definitely choose the Embassy Row Hotel again. Terrific location near Metro, bus to NYC, Dupont Circle, and within walking distance to The Mall. The included breakfast saved us both time and money. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. This hotel was very clean and rates as the best value we have found in the area.

Pretty good hotel, not worth the price
Not a terrible hotel, but definitely wasn't worth the price per night. The beds were absolutely as comfortable as can be and the staff is fantastic. But i won't be staying here again.

Great location, hotel slightly down at the mouth
The location can't be beat, and staff is friendly and efficient. The room itself was fine, both comfortable and clean. But the hotel itself was a bit dowdy, looking as it had seen better days.

first of all this is a old hotel needs a slight overhaul but still it is clean and the staff are friendly, it has a good free breakfast which will save you money and the location is the best i have seen for eating out also if you use the metro there are two entrances on dupont circle

Location was excellent. I needed to visit Estonian Embassy, it was just block away at the same side of street. Awesome!
