My first Jury's Hotel experience
I love the friendliness of the front desk staff. My check in was very pleasant and handled professionally. My room number was not read out loud for the busy lobby to hear. The agent was very discreet. As a current manager for a major hotel competitor the agent follow appropriate protocol to ensure security and safety of her guests. (I can't remember her name.) Justin at check out was also very professional and efficient. My room was very comfortable. I received my preferred room type on a high floor and a quiet room in the corner. FANTASTIC! My only complaint is the small sink in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was great!

Nice clean Hotel
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was very clean,the staff was very friendly and it was situatedin a very nice area.We could walk to the bakery, farmers mkt,movies and all kinds of good resturant. We would stay there again.

Great location on Dupont Circle
The location is why we came here, but we would stay there again because of the helpful staff and pleasant surroundings. The room had a real closet and the bathroom had a very nice storage shelf, although the sink was too small. The room was freezing cold when we walked in on a 65-degree day, which seemed totally wasteful. Luckily there are individual temperature controls and the windows open, so we were fine. The freezing cold halls were still quite a shock and our only really complaint. The bar, where we hoped to go for a drink the night we arrived, was packed and ear-splittingly loud. But its popularity indicates it has something going for it. Not a dowdy hotel bar in the least! Luckily, there was a Starbucks across the street.

There's a Starbucks across the street on one side and a Books-a-Million (open daily till late) on the other. A park with fountain provides a nice place to hang out in Dupont Circle. Plenty of shops and restaurants, since Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire Avenues all intersect there. Walk to everything.

Terrific location
The Washington Jurys was very pleasant. Very clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be of assistance. Every recommendation they made was terrific. The hotel is in the most convenient location to every part of D.C. Great resturant options are within walking distance. Anyone interested in taking a bus tour the pick up point is one block away. I will definately visit again when in the D.C. area.

Great Hotel in Great location
The hotel was very confortable, nice and clean. The location is great, the metro station just one block and a lot of restaurants and bars close by. The price was excelent, I will stay there in my next Visit to DC.

Horrible experience
WE were put on a room which had the kitchen giant exhaust fan right on top (Room 845) and the noise it made (which was like a washer banging on the walls) went all night long. When we called to complaint were told by the manager that he was fully book and that there was nothing he could do. Needless to say, we checked out the very next morning.

Excellent Location
Jury's Washington Hotel was by far a superior experience. The room and beds were very comfy for the 3 of us. The staff was professional and always ready to help. The restaurants in the hotel were great. The location on Dupont Circle couldn't have been better. The Metro was right across the circle and the restaurants in within walking distance were unique, reasonably priced and very good. We will definitely stay there again.

Very Convinient
The staff was more than happy to let us check in early and they also did not mind us checking out late. There was no additional fee for this. I would recommend a room that does not face the circle because it can be very loud in the morning.

The Jury's Hotel is located smack in the middle of Dupont Circle and is within walking distance to anything you may need in the area. This includes a Metro stop, movie theatre, and tons of bars and restraunts.

Great location - very reasonable
This was our first visit at Jurys, recommended to me by a friend. Our 12 yr. old daughter was with us - we all loved it.We will deffinatly return. The room was very clean,great decor, good size, nice bathroom, great linens and down comforter/duvet. We felt very comfortable, liked the location and there is a Starbucks across the street.It was a bit noisy at night from the street - our room was on the Dupont Circle side, 2nd floor - perhaps higher up it will be more quiet. There is a fee for parking - approx. $25. Room Service is pricey. Only negative thing - there is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel that would not allow us to sit down for brunch 30 minutes before closing.

There are restaurants within walking distance, were you can sit outside. A Starbucks across the street, an Irish Restaurant downstairs. We dicided to eat in Georgetown.

Great location
Loved the location and neighborhood of the Jury's Hotel in Dupont Circle. Close to Metro and within walking distance of Embassy Row, restaurants, shops, etc. Very eclectic neighborhood! Felt safe walking around at night.
