College student review
I am a broke college student, and this was the cheapest hotel I could find so close to the center. When I checked in, the front desk man was very unpleasant. He was also not very helpful. In fact, he told me to park my car on the street overnight and that at 9:30am I had to move it. My car was towed at 7:11am. So be sure to read the parking signs yourself. I didn't expect much from the hotel after reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised, my bathroom was squeaky clean, although I can't say the same for the room. The carpet was really gross, and the furniture in the room was really beat up. The TV was very hazy, and the remote was dirty and sticky, and didn't work on the TV so you had to manually change channels/volume.Their continental breakfast included: coffee, OJ, bagels, waffles, and some pastries. I would stay here again if I had to, I would just probably park my car in the hotel parking for a fee. Or just stay at the Days Inn with free parking and cheaper stay, better TV, but farther form the center, depending on your judgment.

you get what you pay for...it's pretty cheap compared to other hotels...so i guess you shouldn't expect that much...here's one negative point..you can hear people and water flowing from bathrooms in other rooms.

Great location for the price
Great location -- within walking distance of all the key landmarks. Room was very tiny, but for the price it was fair. Helpful staff. Would stay again.

Cheap stay with the bare necessities
Amenities were Wifi and decent breakfast with no where to sit. Location was close to everything. Room: At first glance I was nervous to walk in, but the bathroom was great and extra clean. Thin bedroom door meant I have to listen to noises from every room in the hallway. Window that would close allow the cold wind to blow right on in. I was able to pump the heat up to 80 to compensate. Staff: Very unfriendly from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Value: You get what you pay for. Only recommend this place to your enemies.

great location, but that's all.
From the beginning, I did not expect much from this hotel. Before I booked this hotel, I also read reviews, too. I am not a picky at all. Since I am a still student seeking a job, I have used many 2 star hotels. I stayed at the hotel for my job interview. The location was great. Walkable distance to the Dupon Circle (about 15min). But, that's it. It is very very very old!!!!! There was an about 1.5-2" chink between the floor and the door. I heard every conversation of people in the hallway and the elevator sound all the time that I was there. Pieces of painting on the ceiling was about to fall. I did not turn a light off when I slept cause I was afraid there might bugs (with its appearance, possible.) Good for one night stay and to take a shower. That's all.

yikes
The walls are paper thin. You can literally here someone sneeze or cough next door. Our room wasn't booked right. The room was dirty, the walls falling apart with a lovely view of massive pigeon remains on all 3 Windows. I would not go back.

Worth the price
The location is good, not so far from the subway. Since it is not easy to find a restaurant around, so really really sweet to know that this hotel contains the free breakfast. Not bad for sleeping and releaxation.
