Good location for a family vacation
Hotel was ideally located between two Metro stops. Also was close enough to walk to major DC attractions for those willing to add several miles to their daily activities. Overall, a very good hotel for value, location, cleanliness, amenities and staff.

Got what I paid for.
There was no protection from the rain in the outside smoking area. Other than that I had a wonderful time.

unbeatable location for the price
the location was perfect you are near to all locations and if for any reazon you dont want to walk you can take the bus to go where ever you like .

Great location, wonderful vacation
Hotel in good location for metro, tour bus and walking. Lots of places to eat, chinese over the road pretty good. Hotel rooms were on the small side but not stayed anywhere else in Washington DC I have nothing to compare it with.Bathroom only had one sink which you could only use if the door was closed.We were on the 6th floor, no noise, except for the fire engines, the station is just done the road, they didnt keep us awake though. Will stay here again...

Jump on and off the tour bus it stops just 5 minute walk from Hotel, good value as well as it goes round all tourist attractions only $35 for 2 days.

Excellent location
The purpose of our trip was to move our son to college at American University. The hotel was a short distance from Reagan Airport and great restaurants. Most importantly for us it was a 10 minute cab ride to American University. We have been to DC multiple times and have stayed in different hotels each time trying to find the perfect mix of location, friendly hotel staff, clean rooms and a reasonable price. We can stop looking! This is a lovely hotel and fits our needs perfectly. We have found another home for at least the next 4 years!

Great location and fantastic price!
Perfect location with short walking distances to Metro station and restaurants. Not too far from monuments and historical sites. Helpful staff was great with suggesting restaurants and giving directions.

Very nice Hotel
Hotel was clean and friendly and not to far from the Metro. Easy to get downtown and see the sites. Lots of food choices near by. They also offer you passes to the Y if their fitness center does not meet your needs.

for the price, best hotel ever. near dupont circle, georgetown, and kennedy center. lots of nearby restaurants, safe neighborhood. if you like to walk you can do it to the white house and even the capitol, we did.

Great Business Stay
Really good price package with my flight via [...]. About six blocks from Dupont Circle - easy walk. Beautiful lobby and the room was very nice with a great bed and coffee pot (a must.) Nice Aveda toiletries. Free newspaper, and nice breakfast with good service. Only minus was paying $12.95 for wireless internet. The days of paying for internet should be over!
