Great Stay!

The hotel is in a great location for getting around the District. I came here with my boyfriend for a nice Valentine's present, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The room had a kitchen and balcony, which we weren't expecting, and I felt as though I got way more than I paid for! The staff was polite and wished us a happy Valentines day. The room was large and very clean with lovely decor. We wished we could have stayed longer!!

Awsome stay!

Traveled to DC for New Years Eve with my boyfriend. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by a bellhop who brought our bags into the hotel and moved our vehicle until we completed checkout (we opted not to use their valet service as it was $30 and only $15 to park at the Ritz Carlton a half block down the street). The room was spacious and clean. The only downside is the very small bathroom that could stand to be updated. We were on the 6th floor and heard sirens throughout the night. Request to be on a higher floor. The next time I return to the city I'll definitely stay again!

park at the Ritz Carlton a half block away as it it $15 per 24 hour instead of the $30 valet parking at the hotel

No surprizes

Location defines this hotel. It's 15-minute easy stroll (down Pensivania) from White House and the national mall. It's 10-minute walking (up Pensilvania) distance from Georgetown - the colonial style "promenade" district with great choice of restaurants and shopping. Metro station is roughly one block away. The commectial stretch of K street starts rouphly with the Washington Circle. This hotel is steps away from everything, yet rooms look at 2 quiet streets, facing pretty 3-story residential quiet buildings. After day-full of walking - this is a pleasant place to hide away. Add to that that it's in a very "safe" area and you basically guarantee yourself very cool, emmersive DC experience. I only spent 2 nights in the place, but location anabled me to do and see a lot. If you are thinking about saving some 20-30.00 per night by staying across the river, think again. This place is only slightly costlier than holiday in across the river, but you really get to use the DC when you stay in places like One Washington Circle. Recommend.

We got a good deal on this hotel

We got a good deal on this hotel in a great central location. We had a really nice little suite, and the kitchenette was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
