The Madison worked well as a business hotel. It has everything one needs, including a convenient location in NW D.C. The business center is a bit pricey, but it had what I needed to print documents. Nothing really exciting, but it is comfortable.
This hotel was a great find! Probably one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. It was just a few blocks from the white house, the staff was very nice and courteous, and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it
The Hotel was good the location was really good. We walked to the White House and even the National Mall. One odd thing was that most of the local businesses were closed on the weekends, even coffee shops. Made it difficult to get food to eat with
a picky 5 year old.
Newly remodeled hotel that could have charged twice the rate I booked. We had temperature control issues in the room (it was consistently too warm) but, assuming that was an isolated incident, it is otherwise a great property with top notch
service. Definite recommend.
I stayed in DC for 3 days... and was pleased with the Madison's location. It's close to Mc Pherson Sq ... on the metro and not too far from the White House.
The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. The "courtyard" view
is a bit misleading... vents and gravel is all i had a view of..
It's undergoing some renovations which interrupted my room phone service... the drilling and banging begins after 9am... but overall didn't affect my stay.
