Good value for a lovely hotel
This is a lovely hotel. The only downside is that it is a little bit off the beaten path - about a 6 block walk from the nearest Metro station through a not-so-great neighborhood. It was an OK walk in the daylight but I would not do it at night. Once at the hotel, you are on the grounds of Galludet University which is fenced and has 24 hr security at the entrance. There is a free shuttle to Union Station and to Noma/Galludet metro stop so that almost makes up for the location. The shuttle does not run 24/7 but it is fairly frequent. However, the price was fabulous for the quality of the hotel and absolutely did make up for the location. The money I saved was more than enough to pay for cab fare when the shuttle wasn't running.

Séjour de 3 jours calme et très agréable dans un hôtel de qualité où les prestations sont bonnes. L'emplacement est idéal et la navette de l'hôtel permet de rejoindre Central Station en quelques minutes. A recommander pour des vacances à Washington.
