Great Memorial Day wkend at the Willard!

Absolutely beautiful room with view of the Washington Monument. Two queens beds (quite luxurious, but so soft they were unsupportive on our backs, and the sheets were REALLY noisy!). Wish the bathroom had a fan or ventilation - got pretty steamy. Excellent service, and the location is UNBEATABLE. Would stay again in a heart-beat.

Money-saving tip: Not Applicable

You can use their mini-bar as a fridge, but make sure you call them BEFORE you touch anything (there are sensor underneath every item), and then definitely check your bill, as my mini-bar tab was almost $1,000! But it was no problem to get it all taken off. :)

Fantastic stay

We were close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was very helpful when we had questions about transportation or where to eat, this extended to the very nice cleaning staff. It was a beautiful and historic place to stay, we were sorry we had to go home. I recommend it highly.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Be sure to see the American Indian Museum. I have seen museums all over the world and this one is the most beautiful.
