Great location
Although the hotel is located on a busy street, the room was very quite and relaxing after a long day of taking in the sights. The hotel is old but in great condition. We loved the old world style of the hotel and it is in walking distance to many DC attractions. Our room was on the small side but very clean and well appointed. For us it was perfect as we spent most of our time sight seeing and spending little time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

quiet hideaway
The hotel is in a decent location a bit of a walk to the metro but not bad. The rooms were on the small side but well looked after. The staff were very professional. Hoever the resturant was not impressive the food was over priced and not that great plus the wait staff seamed like they didn't want us there.

Very good value
Almost everything about our overnight stay at the Henley Park in Washington, DC was perfect. It was inconvenient that they did not have soda machines, but because we only stayed one night, it was doable. The toiletries supplied by the hotel were really first-rate, and both the bedroom and bath were very generously sized rooms. Altogether, an enjoyable stay. We would book there again.

Beautiful & Historic Hotel
This is not your typical "chain" hotel, so the historic value was well worth it. The bar and restaurant were great along with the service from all ends. The location was great, we walk to all the major venues. There is a drug store and a small little deli (great sandwiches and soup) just accoss the street. The rooms are a bit small, but we were out most of the day...We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again !

Good Value
The location, right off K-Street was great. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Staff was helpful and quick to resolve issue with apparently stuck bath fan. It was a good buy in a pricey town and neigborhood. Rooms set up for sleep and TV, not real work station, at least in queen room.

Cute Affordable Hotel
It was my boyfriend's birthday.. we was excited to see the cute mini bar in the room, which he made a drink from as soon as we got there.. The rooms were a little small but no problem because it was just the two of us anyways and we spent most of our time in the city.. overall made a great trip..

Great place to stay
Staff is very helpful. Lovely sitting room with fireplace for tea or weather-recovery. Fantastic stone walls and arches. Fast valet parking. While cheap rooms are small, we don't spend much time in the room, and furnishings are lovely.
