Great location and price
Solid three star hotel. Nothing fancy. Bathroom on small side. Great location near 3 metro lines and not far from White House or the mall and very reasonable price

Metro stop is two blocks away & busses stop right in front of the hotel so it was easy getting to Georgetown, Adams Morgan & the airport using public transportation

Good for the price
I was in DC for a congressional visit. The hotel is two blocks away from the closest metro station. I thought my room wasn't the cleanest and was disappointed by the small fitness room. However, I think this hotel is good for the price. I got a free water in the room for each night and the interest was free.

Excellent location for the price
I found the hotel to be very clean and reasonably priced for the location. It was an excelent location for my business connections at the Capital and other government agencies that I had to make contact with during my stay in Washington.

Information package said room services 6am-11pm. B ut when I called for a sandwich at 3:30 (restaurant not serving yet) I was told I would have to pick up at restaurant because there was no room service staff on duty yet. The room was cold, could not contril tempature. Last morning I was there, went to make coffee and there were no coffe cups to make in room coffee. Bathtub enamel was peeling off tub..I expected more from a Sheraton Hotel. Will not stay there again, possible not in any Sheraton.

Four Points, Washington DC
Hotel was a great place to stay for touring D.C. Rooms were a bit small, and no vent in the bath but otherwise clean with comfortable beds. Bell staff was extremely helpful with good directions and recommendations. Hotel is short walk to Metro Center and good restaurants. Overall good value.

Great Location
I found the hotel to be very nice and at a decent price when compared to other hotels in the area. The location was great, and very easy to find. The staff were very friendly. Overall, great hotel with small rooms.

Not bad
The staff was friendly and helpful. When the front desk clerk found out I had reserved a room with a single queen bed she suggested I change to a room with two full beds telling me the room was bigger. Nice of her to do that. The hotel is in a great location close to the Metro. No car needed. Beds were comfortable. The room safe is big enough to fit a laptop but didn't work (the front desk apologized and said lots of safes were broken). It was a bit noisy at night...someone kept letting their door slam instead of closing it like a normal human would. As for amenities, you get what you pay so don't expect much. An overpriced shop in the lobby, a decent restaurant (they're are plenty of places to eat/drink in walking distance), and a closed in small pool on the roof with no jacuzzi.
