Fantastic hotel and great service
From the front staff, to the security, to staff walking around, housekeeping and the restaurant everyone was simply delightful, smiling and helpful. The beds were so comfy, plenty of good pillows, it was also very quiet even 2 doors away from the elevator. The elevator was the only problem, you waited forever. Otherwise a perfect visit.

A night in DC
The Hotel was great. The roof top pool was nice, but a little small. The rooms were beautiful and big. We had two rooms but they were connected by a hall way instead of a conjoining door which was much better. The service was great the staff was very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

White house, Air and Space Museum, Museum of Natural History, Lincoln Memorial. It is easy to take the subway to Georgetown where there are great restaurants.

Great for the business traveler
Great price. Great location. Room service was good and timely. Would have been perfect except the hotel is not that close to a Metro station.

A very good hotel in a great location
Very satisfying. We spent 2 nights for tourism in Washington and we have no complains at all. Everything was ok. If I can say something not so positive, it would be the price of the car parking.

Good hotel in good location
We went to the Rally for Sanity on 10/30. There were over 200,000 people so hotels were in demand. Location was important because parking was hard to find. The Sheraton was relative close to the Mall, very clean, well staffed, well maintained. We would go back.

Nice place
Overall my experience was great. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were fantastically plush. The water in the shower was nice and hot and the water pressure was strong. Everything looked clean and well taken care of. Minuses, they didn't have any band aids in the first aid kit when I needed them. Also, the hotel restaurant wasn't that great. The waiter pretty much forgot that I was there after he brought me my food and I had to go hunt him down just to get the check. They were also not very accommodating about minor menu changes. Also, it'd be great if they were more eco friendly. When I arrived the air was already on in my room and it was very cold in there. What a waste of energy!
