Easy Business Travel
I was in town for one night for a quick business meeting and the Four Points Sheraton was a pleasant surprise - well located, friendly staff, and clean room. It scored high with me for that and I am definitely planning on staying again!

Nice good
Good location, Friendly staff, gift shop very expensive, please walk to a store for gifts. And this hotel is near EVERYTHING, loved that, if or when I go again i would stay here.

Awful hotel experience
Found used condom wrappers in the room and it was apparent the floors had not been vacuumed. We called guest services and they moved us into a different room that was just as filthy (dirty toilet, chips in the carpet, and dirty counter tops). I will say, the front desk personnel were very apologetic and very friendly. It would have been a great visit if we didn't feel filthy in our own hotel room!

Nice value
The hotel was clean, the staff helpful and the service very good. The hotel is located in walking distance of many restaurants and businesses, and at half the price of similar hotels, a real value.

shabby rooms
The room was shabby with torn carpet, filthy dirty windows, broken blind pull cords, grubby outdated bathroom with some pretty creepy unidentifiable smears on the inside bathroom door. The pool was closed for emergency repairs, the ice machine on our floor was broken- the list goes on and on. No fridge in room. Dingy towels, cheap shampoo... Not the beautiful stay I was expecting at all. Perhaps instead of writing constant apologies to dissatisfied clients, the manager might actually take a look at the rooms and ask himself if this is the type of place he would like to stay in for that price. The beds were good though and the location very convenient. The hotel is just a little sad and tattered

First trip to DC. Very satisfied.
Great location that is within walking distance of the White House, monuments, and National Mall...everything! I highly recommend a morning jog if you're the type that likes to explore. Don't expect much in the way of decor. The room was ordinary but the beds were comfortable and room service did their job. Room felt and smelled clean. Receptionists were helpful. Only complaint is that valet was not nice and there is much cheaper parking around the corner on 13th.

Marine marathon runner
Nice Place Conveniently Located
Easy to get to on the blue line from Reagan Airport. Short walk from McPherson Square metro stop. Front desk help was extremely helpful with questions we had about restaurants and quickest ways to destinations. Room was clean and adequate. We stayed here to run the Marine Corps marathon and tour Washington. There were no breakfast places open on Sunday morning at 5:30 to grab a bite on the way to the start line. Should have been more prepared for that.

Relaxing Getaway
I really enjoyed my stay, everything was superb (dining, pool, room, staff). I spent one night there just to get away from everything, mission accomplished, so relaxing.
