Affordable rooms in upper Northwest D.C. one block from the Metro
The Days Inn Connecticut Avenue is in upper Northwest D.C., just a block from the Van Ness Metro station. Hop on the train for easy access to downtown D.C. and all the major tourist attractions. The comfortable hotel was remodeled in 2009 and offers complimentary high-speed Internet in all rooms. The hotel has been awarded Five Sunbursts, the highest rating awarded by the Days Inn Hotel chain. The on-site Tesoro Restaurant is a neighborhood staple serving an impressive menu of Italian cuisine. A number of other restaurants are within walking distance.

Great Location
Great price and location, but they failed to mention the 23 dollar fee for parking, so price is not so great anymore! It is a great location, small but nice and clean room!

Not expensive and close to the metro
It is a very nice motel with big, clean rooms and its just 5 minutes to the metro. You can leave your bags for the day in the hotel, even if checked out allready! The Staff could be a lot more friendly! We really enjoyed the night!

Nice Hotel for the money
Arrived late but the staff was there, friendly and with coffee :) Room was very clean and parking well lit. Will stay there again, whenever I am in DC. Now that I know how to traverse Connecticut Avenue :) I won't get lost next time.

Close to the Metro
Reasonably priced, no frills hotel. There is a coffee machine in the lobby but no on site restaurant. Not too far from the attractions via the Metro.

The National Zoo is two Metro stops away. It was extensively lit up with lights in the shapes of animals and christmas trees, etc. beautiful at night!

Clean and reasonably priced rooms!
Staff were friendly and helpful, the neighborhood was safe and pleasant. The Metro station was a short walk (1 block) and right next to a coffee shop. The only thing really lacking was a breakfast restaurant nearby.

It's not Fantastic... But it works
Good room, although a bit small. The people were great. Close to the metro. El Tesoro Restaurant (next to the hotel)... Excellent.

Convinient place for embassy visit
I needed a clean comfortable place to rest prior to my visit to our embassy on International court. I found this place to be very reasonably priced, with on-site parking and within a walking distance to the site. Lots of restaurants around. The bed in the room (328) is not as big as I expected a King size bed to be - but I was in no mood to make a big deal out it, especially not after driving several hundred miles to the hotel.
