Not the best
I guess you can't expect much for 80 bucks a night in DC, but this was pretty grim. Parking is extra - about $24 a night after taxes. The room was in a poor state of repair - broken light bulb, some outlets didn't work, the shower head was coming out of the wall, the wall by the door was deformed (water damage?). We also killed a bug that crawled out of the sink. The furniture and TV were pretty nice, but that's about all the good I've got.

Had what I needed. Good customer service. No Complaints.
I stayed here with my family for just one night. All we wanted was a place to sleep for the night and we did that comfortably here. But there was a catch with parking though. I booked the tickets online but I came to be aware of extra amount to pay for parking only when I checked in. They could've mentioned it when I booked online. Other than that I'm quite happy with their service. If I visit Washington DC again I'll certainly book a room here.

A nice place to stay for a couple of days. A metro station is close. So, there are lot of shops and dining places nearby.

Great Location!
The best things about this hotel are its location and its cost. In addition to being one block from the Metro line, it is near a food store, several restaurants, two dry cleaners, a Pier One and two drug stores. I could get downtown to my meetings in less than 10 minutes and come back to an area in the evenings where I could relax, eat good food, and not fret over the expense of the trip.

Good hotel, average.
The hotel is ok. Everything clean and in working order. Really convenient location near the metro. Unfortunately I had loud guests next door, loud radio and loud screaming conversations. Complained to the desk and told me they would solve the issue. Next night, same lady next door and no solution and the staff were like it was not their problem. The third night they were gone. Other than that, the hotel has good value for your money.

You get what you pay for
A bit old but fairly clean. Hotel was reasonable for the price. Good value for D.C. Was convenient to the Red Metro line. Staff was adequate but not exceptional. No breakfast available .but restaurant next door provides room service. Burger king next door, Starbucks close by. Grout in shower had mildew on it. Shower temperature was ok, but water pressure was low.

Great Value
Located just two blocks from Van Ness metro line. Its a quiet part of DC, but easy to get to everything. Rooms were very clean. I also liked this spot because it is very close to a nice part of Rock Creek Park. Staff was generally helpful. The only caveat is you have to provide a $50 deposit, which is a little unusual.

Staff was horrible
I went to check in and was denied. I ended up not even staying at the hotel due to the front desk staff. I would never consider staying at this hotel.
