Plausible Deniability
Wonderful DC location!
It doesn't get any better than this hotel located right on Connecticut Avenue in DC. The staff were welcoming, and although there was renovation going on we saw and heard none of it. The room though small was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Most important the linen had a fresh clean smell and almost seemed to have been freshly ironed - I kid you not. Reminded me of when linen was dried outside. We certainly will stay here again.

Short drive from hotel
Plan your DC trip in advance and wear comfortable shoes - there's no getting around the fact that you need to walk a lot. Use YELP too for tips on restaurants and attractions.

unforgettable family vacation
I enjoyed the swimming pool and the fitness room every day. The hotel is very accesible and close to the city attractions. The room was clean and neaty. The staff was nice and very helpful. My family and I plan to use this hotel in our next vacation. We hope to go back soon.

Perfect location! There were tons of fabulous nearby restaurants and even a flea market on Sunday. Everything was in easy walking distance.

Great getaway
The staff was friendly, courteous and very attentive. Room service was excellent, food delicious and the room was very clean with an awesome view. The location was great, within walking distance of just about everything.

A little pricey for what you get
Noisy location, rooms very small and the house cleaning staff left the heat lamp on in the bathroom and could never figure out how to turn it off so I had to sleep with the bathroom door closed. Beds were too soft, no back support whatsoever.

Nice Hotel

Enjoyable stay
This was my second stay at the hotel and as before the stay was very pleasant. The accomodation are more than adequate. It was clean and quiet and the staff pleasant and helpful.

Not your typical Marriott
The Courtyard Marriott Hotel has a pool however we are told the swimming pool is only seasonal and will remain close until the summer. This hotel is very far away from all the attraction, so it's somehow inconvenient. The staff was very unfriendly and not accommodating.

In general it was good. Nice staff. The only proble is the location, it is hard to get to the lobby. There was always cars parked in front of us and we had to walk with the loggage or wait.

Clean and friendly, not high end service
Smallish rooms but good location in a safe, pretty neighbourhood. Drugstore handy, and lots of restaurants, but most were fairly fancy and pricey chop houses and ethnic - not the best for families. Four longish blocks to metro station.
